Install the game on Steam with an eligible playtest code
The publisher’s Steam instructions are for eligible Endministrators who received a product code through the email used to sign up. If you do not have a code, these instructions do not provide a way to claim access.

- Open the Steam client and sign in. Install the client first if you do not already have it.
- At the lower-left corner of the Steam client, select Add a Game, then Activate a Product on Steam.
- Enter the product code from your email and follow Steam’s prompts to activate it.
- Open your Steam Library, find Arknights: Endfield, and download it.
The Steam build is downloaded and updated through Steam; it cannot be managed through the GRYPHLINK launcher, according to the publisher’s Steam FAQ.
Link Steam to the Gryphline Account with your character
On the first Steam launch, you must link the Steam account to a Gryphline Account. If you already have a character on another platform, use the Gryphline Account that holds that character rather than registering a separate account.

If you already have a Gryphline Account
- Choose Log Into Existing Account & Link on the first-launch screen.
- Follow the client prompts to sign in and connect that Gryphline Account to Steam.
If you do not have a Gryphline Account
- Choose Register & Link.
- Follow the prompts to create a Gryphline Account and connect it to Steam.
If your existing account uses Facebook, Google, Apple, or PSN
- If an email is already linked: choose Log Into Existing Account & Link in Steam and sign in with that email.
- If no email is linked: sign in to the Gryphline Account Center using the original third-party login. Follow its instructions to link an email address that has not already been used to register a Gryphline Account. Then return to Steam and use Log Into Existing Account & Link with that email.

Choose the server that holds your progress
The publisher says Steam and other platforms use the same game servers and account data. After you link the correct account, progress carries over on the corresponding server. Asia data is separate from Americas / Europe data, so select the server where your existing character is located; data from one of those server groups cannot be shared with the other.

Fix common code and update problems
Steam says the product code is invalid
Check that you entered the full code correctly, paying particular attention to lookalike characters such as zero and the letter O, or one and the letter I.

Confirm that you are signed in to the intended Steam account. Each code can be linked to only one Steam account and cannot be reused.
The game needs an update
Use the Steam Library to download and install the update. The Steam version is maintained through Steam, not the GRYPHLINK launcher.
