You can upload a blood test report you already have through Vision → Upload Blood Report (Vision Cloud) in the Ultrahuman app. If you want Ultrahuman to connect to records held by a doctor or care site, that is a separate HealthEx PowerPlug feature, with different eligibility and consent requirements.
How do I upload medical records to Ultrahuman?

Open the Ultrahuman app and go to the Vision tab.

Can I add old blood test results and see trends?
Yes. Ultrahuman’s launch announcement describes uploading historical bloodwork and uploading multiple reports to view longer-term trends. It does not document a specific trend-viewing workflow or controls for naming, tagging, or filing reports, so use the current app interface to see what is available after upload. The announcement describes CT scans, MRI scans, and other diagnostics as future expansion, not as confirmed current upload types. Read the Vision Cloud launch announcement.
Can Ultrahuman connect to my doctor or hospital records?
Ultrahuman announced a separate HealthEx PowerPlug for US Ultrahuman Ring users, with rollout beginning September 17, 2026. The company says members verify their identity, choose care sites and records to connect, and actively consent to sharing; they can stop sharing. The announcement says connected record information appears alongside Ring measures and that the feature is accessed from the PowerPlugs tab. Availability may change, so check the app for current geography and eligibility.

Ultrahuman announced PowerPlug pricing of $4.99 per month or $45.99 per year at launch. These are company-reported rollout prices, not a guarantee of current pricing. The same announcement says 532 conditions, medications, and procedures are mapped from electronic medical records into the PowerPlug; that is Ultrahuman’s stated coverage figure, not an independent measure of how complete any individual record will be. In its HealthEx announcement, Ultrahuman says neither company sells member health data, uses it for advertising, or uses it to train AI models. That is a statement by the companies, not an independent privacy audit. The announcement also describes the feature as general wellness, not a medical device, and says it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease or replace professional care.
The official materials do not establish a universal folder, tag, or naming system for Vision Cloud uploads, nor do they specify individual-upload deletion or retention controls. If you need to organize or remove a report, check the current app and official support information rather than assuming a particular control exists.
