Check whether the exact iQOO model has warranty service in your country
iQOO’s Multiple Countries Warranty Service applies only to designated phone models and listed areas. A local service center determines eligibility, and valid proof of purchase is required. Verify coverage before ordering
- Ask the seller for the exact model number and sales region shown on the invoice or device.
- Check that precise model against iQOO’s current cross-border warranty list for your destination.
- Contact a service center where you plan to use the phone. Ask whether it accepts that model and what documents it needs, such as the original invoice, IMEI, registration, or a handover form.
- Save the listing, invoice, payment record, and any written confirmation of warranty scope.
Get the seller’s return terms separately
A manufacturer warranty is not a seller return policy. iQOO’s international service does not itself provide a return or replacement route, and the manufacturer materials do not establish the seller’s return deadline or your statutory consumer rights. Ask the seller to confirm these terms in writing before payment:
- Where a return must be sent, including whether the return address is in your country or overseas.
- How long you have to report a fault or request a return, and when that period begins.
- Who pays return postage, insurance, and any customs charges on the returned parcel.
- Whether the remedy is a repair, replacement, or refund, and how a refund is processed.
- What to do if the phone arrives damaged, faulty, or different from the listing.
Estimate customs and the full landed cost
Import charges depend on the destination country and shipment details. Customs value may include shipping and insurance under the destination’s rules. Government taxes and a carrier’s or postal service’s processing fee are separate items, so a low tax estimate does not necessarily mean delivery will have no additional charge.

- Confirm dispatch and destination countries. Ask where the phone will actually ship from; a seller’s website domain or displayed currency does not prove the dispatch origin. Irish Revenue advises buyers to check both where a business is based and where goods ship from in its online-shopping guidance.
- Use the destination customs authority’s current rules. Check the smartphone classification, applicable import taxes and thresholds, and whether treatment differs by courier, post, air, sea, or personal carriage. French Customs provides an online-shopping estimate for smartphones, while warning that an estimate may differ from the actual assessment.
- Calculate from the real transaction and delivery costs. Use the purchase price and the shipping and insurance components required by your destination’s rules. Irish Revenue explains that transport and insurance enter customs value in specified cases and gives the general formula “price paid for the goods + cost of transport and insurance.” Singapore Customs describes customs value using the CIF method in its online-purchase guidance. Follow your own authority’s method.
- Find out who collects the charges. Check whether the seller collects tax at checkout or the carrier or customs authority will collect it on arrival. Add any courier or postal administration and clearance fees as a separate line; these are not necessarily part of customs value.
- Keep supporting documents. Save the order confirmation, invoice, payment proof, shipping charges, and evidence of any tax collected at checkout. Singapore Customs says the declared item value must match its supporting documents.
For a usable estimate, assemble the phone price, shipping and insurance, the destination authority’s applicable tax and duty rules, and any carrier fee. Because the destination, phone model, price, and shipping method are unspecified, no single duty rate, exemption threshold, or final total can responsibly be given for this purchase.

Network compatibility, device approval, statutory consumer rights, and the seller’s return route also depend on the destination and specific product or transaction; verify them with the relevant local authority or seller rather than assuming they transfer across borders.
