Host An Endless Adventure as a Java Edition server with Minecraft 1.19.2 and Forge. The reliable setup is to download the exact Forge release from the OnMod project, use a dedicated server pack when one is available, remove conflicting files from the server’s /mods/ directory, start it with the supplied script, and give players the address only after the first boot completes successfully.
Running a modpack with friends? Godlike.Host offers modded Minecraft server hosting with one-click modpacks (CurseForge, FTB, Technic) and free DDoS protection.
Every player must run the same Minecraft version, Forge version, pack release, and mod files as the server. The project is marked out of date, so verify the release and server-file availability immediately before creating a world rather than assuming that an old client archive is still a supported server installation.

The official CurseForge project is An Endless Adventure, created by OnMod. Its listed main release is Version 1.0 for Minecraft 1.19.2 on Forge. The project describes an exploration-focused RPG pack with fantasy and medieval elements, new creatures, dungeons, bosses, structures, biomes, and multiple dimensions, including Blue Skies and the Twilight Forest.
The listing records 8,259 downloads in 2023 and shows a last update date of January 17, 2023. It is currently labeled OUT OF DATE. That label does not prevent an existing release from running, but it does mean you should lock the server and all clients to the same identified file instead of mixing it with newer Minecraft, Forge, or mod versions.

Core compatibility requirements
- Edition: Minecraft Java Edition.
- Minecraft version: 1.19.2.
- Mod loader: Forge.
- Pack: The same An Endless Adventure release on the server and every client.
- Memory planning: General large-modpack guidance places about 6–8 GB of RAM at roughly 10 players. This is a planning range, not an official OnMod requirement.
The project information does not establish a pack-specific CPU, storage, Java, port, firewall, or router specification. Select a host with enough headroom for Forge and world generation, but do not treat an unconfirmed number as an official requirement.
Choose between self-hosting and managed hosting
You can run the files on a computer you control or use a managed Minecraft host. The pack itself does not require a particular provider. The decision is mainly about administration and network responsibility.
What’s actually slowing this PC down?
Pick the symptom - the matching free tool is one click away.
| Factor | Self-hosted machine | Managed Forge host |
|---|---|---|
| Setup effort | You create the server directory, install the pack, start it, and handle troubleshooting. | The host supplies a control panel or installation workflow, but you still need to upload or select the correct Forge server pack. |
| Recurring cost | Provider pricing is not stated; you use your own hardware and connection. | Monthly pricing varies by provider and plan and is not established for this pack. |
| RAM and CPU headroom | Limited by your computer and by what else runs on it. | Choose a plan that can provide the 6–8 GB planning range for a group of about 10 players, with additional headroom if the console shows memory pressure. |
| Backups and updates | You must stop the server, copy the world, and manage pack changes yourself. | Backups and file tools may be built in, but confirm what is included and whether the exact Forge 1.19.2 server pack is supported. |
| Network exposure | You are responsible for the machine’s firewall, router, and public address. | The provider normally supplies a reachable address, subject to its own network rules. |
| Version control | You have direct control over the precise release and every jar. | Verify that the panel will install the intended Minecraft 1.19.2 Forge release rather than silently selecting a different version. |
For a small private group and an administrator comfortable with files and networking, self-hosting provides the most direct control. Managed hosting reduces machine and network work, but it does not remove the need to check pack, Forge, and mod-version matching.
Confirm the release and locate a server pack
- Open the OnMod project listing. Select the Forge release for Minecraft 1.19.2, identified as Version 1.0 in the project information.
- Record the exact file. Note the release name and file version before downloading. Because the project is marked out of date, do not let a launcher update individual mods after you have chosen the server release.
- Check Files and Additional Files. Look for a dedicated server archive or a server-pack download attached to that release. A server-file link was not exposed in the retrieved project page, so availability must be checked at the time you set up the server.
- Prefer the dedicated archive. A server pack normally contains the intended Forge files, configuration, scripts, and mod directory. Do not assume that a client profile or client-only download is interchangeable with a server pack.
If no server archive is available, pause before creating a permanent world. The available project information does not establish a supported reconstruction procedure from the client pack. Check the release’s own additional files and documentation for an explicitly supported server installation rather than guessing at Forge launch arguments or copying arbitrary client files.

Prepare a clean server directory
Use a new, dedicated folder for this world. Keeping the pack separate from another Forge installation makes it possible to identify which jar, configuration, or script belongs to An Endless Adventure.
- Stop any existing server. Never replace mods while the process is running.
- Back up an existing installation. Copy the world folder, configuration files, and current
/mods/directory to a separate location before changing anything. - Clear conflicts. Hosting guidance recommends backing up or clearing an existing
/mods/directory before installing a prebuilt server pack. Old jars can create duplicate, missing-dependency, or wrong-version errors. - Upload and extract the server pack. Preserve the archive’s folder structure in the server root. If the archive contains a startup script, keep it beside the files it expects rather than moving only the jars.
- Keep the release fixed. Do not add convenience mods, client-only mods, or newer replacements until the unmodified pack has completed a first boot.
A clean directory is especially important for an older, out-of-date project: a file left over from another pack can make a failure look like an OnMod problem when it is actually a mixed installation.

Start the server for the first time
- Check the folder layout. Confirm that the extracted Forge files, configuration, mod files, and any included script are in the locations expected by the archive.
- Run the included startup script. Use the Windows or Linux script supplied with the server pack when one is present. It contains the pack’s intended launch settings; do not replace it with a guessed command.
- Watch the console from the beginning. The first run may create files and take longer while Forge loads mods and generates data. Wait for a stable running state before inviting anyone.
- Handle standard prompts. If the normal Minecraft server EULA prompt appears, follow that prompt and restart using the same script. Do not delete generated files to bypass an error.
- Read the final error lines if startup stops. The last lines usually identify the failing mod, missing dependency, incompatible version, or memory condition. Save the complete log before changing files.
Do not distribute the address after a partial boot. A server that appears in a control panel but is still throwing startup exceptions can generate a broken world or misleading client errors.
Make every player match the server
Install the matching CurseForge profile on each player’s computer and select the same An Endless Adventure release used by the server. SUZKO’s compatibility rule is concise: “Server + client must match.” That means the Minecraft version, Forge version, pack release, mod names, and mod versions must all agree.

Client-side preparation checklist
- Launch the profile for Minecraft 1.19.2, not a newer or older profile.
- Confirm that the profile uses Forge rather than Fabric or another loader.
- Use the same pack release and file set that you recorded for the server.
- Do not add or remove mods to solve a server error unless the server administrator changes the installation for everyone.
- Close other launchers or profiles while testing so you do not accidentally connect with a similarly named but different instance.
Players need the matching client pack from the same launcher workflow. A vanilla client, a different Forge build, or a profile that has silently updated a mod will normally fail before joining or will disconnect during login.
Configure access without guessing pack-specific network values
The available pack information does not specify a required port, firewall rule, router setting, or public-address format. Those values depend on whether you are on a home network, a virtual machine, or a managed host, so do not publish a made-up number as an OnMod requirement.
- Test the server locally first. Join from the host machine or the same private network using the address supplied by your server environment.
- Apply your environment’s network controls. On a self-hosted machine, configure the operating-system firewall and router according to your network’s Minecraft-server documentation. On managed hosting, use the address and connection details shown by the provider.
- Test with one remote player. Have one player connect before sending the address to the whole group. This isolates network problems from mod-loading problems.
- Share the address only after stability is confirmed. Give players the exact address shown by your host, together with the required pack release.
If a local connection works but a remote connection does not, the symptom points to network exposure rather than a missing mod. If no client can complete the Forge handshake, return to version and jar matching before changing router settings.
Allocate RAM and watch performance
For a large modpack, general guidance recommends planning around 6–8 GB of RAM for approximately 10 players. This is not an official memory figure from OnMod and should not be read as a guarantee of a particular tick rate or view distance. World generation, exploration into new chunks, dimensions, and simultaneous entities can change the load.

| The server starts and remains stable with your expected number of players. | Keep the allocation unchanged and continue monitoring the console during exploration and dimension travel. |
The console repeatedly reports OutOfMemoryError. |
Stop the server, increase the assigned memory within the host’s limits, and start again. Confirm that the host still has memory for its operating system and other services. |
| Startup fails immediately after a mod or configuration change, without an out-of-memory message. | Treat it as a compatibility or file problem first; adding RAM will not repair a wrong Forge version or duplicate jar. |
| Only one player reports a crash while others can join. | Compare that player’s client profile and mod files with the working clients before changing server memory. |
No official OnMod CPU or storage target is established in the project information. Keep world backups on separate storage and ensure the host has room for generated chunks, logs, and backups rather than filling the server disk.

The server says the client has missing or extra mods
Compare the server’s /mods/ directory with the exact client profile. Remove leftovers from older packs, reinstall the recorded release, and make the same change on every client. Do not solve a mismatch by allowing one player to use a different mod version.
Forge or Minecraft version errors appear before login
Check that both sides use Minecraft 1.19.2 and the Forge release associated with Version 1.0. A current launcher may offer another version by default; select the recorded pack profile explicitly.
Startup fails after installing the pack over another server
Stop the process, restore the backup, and create a clean directory. Back up or clear the old /mods/ directory, extract the server pack again, and run its included script. Mixing two packs’ configuration files can leave dependencies that are not visible from the filename alone.
Best Value
- Play and share with friends on console, mobile and Windows 10
- discover community creations in the new in-game store
- access new mini games and game modes through servers
The console identifies a mod near the crash
Save the log and note the jar named in the final error lines. The hosting guidance recommends temporarily disabling that jar while troubleshooting. Move it out of /mods/ rather than deleting it, change one file at a time, and keep a backup so you can restore the original release. If removing the jar lets the server start, the pack is no longer unmodified; use that result to identify the conflict and then restore the supported file set.
The server reaches the console but nobody can connect
First verify that the process is fully running and that the client profile matches. If the Forge handshake succeeds locally but not remotely, investigate the host’s address, firewall, router, or provider network settings. Those settings are environmental and are not defined by the pack.
No server download can be found
Recheck the selected release’s Files and Additional Files sections. The retrieved project page did not expose a dedicated server link, and the project is out of date. Do not download an unrelated release or infer that a client archive is server-ready; use only an explicitly supported server package or documented installation path.
Back up before changes and updates
- Stop the server cleanly. Do not copy a world while chunks are actively saving.
- Copy the world and configuration. Store the backup outside the live server directory and label it with the pack release and date.
- Archive the working mods. Keep the exact server
/mods/directory that successfully booted. - Change one variable. When testing a Forge, mod, or configuration change, alter only that item so the result is identifiable.
- Revert on failure. Restore the prior world and files rather than continuing to generate new data on a partially working installation.
Because the project listing has not been updated since January 17, 2023 and is marked out of date, treat any newer file as a separate compatibility decision. A newer mod may require a different Forge build or Minecraft version and should not be dropped into a working 1.19.2 server casually.
Launch-day checklist
- Release selected: An Endless Adventure Version 1.0 for Minecraft 1.19.2 Forge.
- Project status checked: the listing is marked out of date.
- Dedicated server archive checked in Files or Additional Files.
- Server directory is clean, with old
/mods/files backed up or removed. - Included startup script retained and used.
- First boot reaches a stable running state without repeated errors.
- Memory is planned around the expected group; 6–8 GB is the general range for about 10 players.
- Every player has the matching CurseForge client profile.
- One local or remote connection test succeeds before the full group joins.
- World, configuration, and working mod files are backed up.
What players should expect in the world
This is an exploration and RPG pack rather than a small collection of cosmetic changes. Its stated focus is finding new structures, biomes, creatures, dungeons, and bosses, with fantasy and medieval themes. Blue Skies and the Twilight Forest add separate dimensions to discover. That content makes a clean first boot and consistent client files particularly important: players will generate substantial new terrain while exploring, and a later mod change can affect already-created areas.
