To unlock the Wrestler’s Belt relic in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Zombies, play Totenreich in Cursed Mode, complete the map’s main Easter Egg, collect the Mr. Peeks magazine in the lighthouse before taking the Jotunn Star, then earn 50 direct kills with each of the 17 wall-buy weapons and 50 direct kills with the Jotunn Star. A portal will then appear beside the Arsenal in Eidskallen Square; finish its multi-wave trial and pick up the Championship Belt.
What you need before starting
- Totenreich completed on your account’s main Easter Egg.
- Cursed Mode selected; the Mr. Peeks magazine does not spawn in standard mode.
- Enough Essence to buy weapons repeatedly and replace them during the final trial.
- A reliable way to track each weapon’s counter in the pause-menu weapon statistics.
The exact unlock sequence
- Load Totenreich in Cursed Mode. The magazine and relic progression are tied to this mode.
- Reach Beacon Island and progress the Jotunn Star quest. Go to the top room of the lighthouse, but do not pick up the wonder weapon.
- Collect the Mr. Peeks magazine first. Break the small box in the same room and pick up the magazine. Taking the Jotunn Star before the magazine locks the item out for that game, and kills made afterward will not count toward the relic.
- Complete the 17 wall-buy counters. Buy each weapon from its chalk outline and score at least 50 direct kills with that wall-buy copy. The order is flexible.
- Earn 50 Jotunn Star kills. These kills can be completed at any point after the magazine is collected.
- Enter the portal. When all 18 counters reach 50, go to Eidskallen Square. The portal is beside the Arsenal, between the fish trap and the MPC-25 wall buy.
- Finish the combat trial and collect the belt. The Championship Belt pickup appears after the final wave and unlocks the Wrestler’s Belt relic.

The Jotunn Star is the 18th counter. Every weapon requires 50 credited kills, so the minimum is 900 kills across the complete set. Start the three secret-room weapons early: reaching them depends on the Tyr’s Head teleports and can otherwise delay the grind.

What counts—and what does not
Only direct kills made with the correct wall-buy weapon advance its counter. Use the weapon’s normal firing mode; underbarrel-kill credit has been disputed. The safest approach is to stop at roughly 55–60 kills per weapon instead of exactly 50, protecting the run from an occasional missed credit.

- Does not count: Mystery Box copies, loadout weapons, teammate-dropped weapons, equipment, field upgrades, traps, ammo-mod kills, Elemental Pop kills, or kills made before collecting the magazine.
- Co-op rule: one player must provide all 50 kills for a particular weapon. Teammates can divide different weapons, but they cannot combine partial totals on one counter.
A non-lethal ammo mod such as Cryo Freeze or Light Mend is recommended because it avoids relying on elemental damage for the final blow. Check the pause-menu weapon statistics after each session rather than trusting the kill feed.

Solo or squad: which is faster?

How to survive the final portal trial
The portal launches a multi-wave fight. At the end of each wave, your weapons are removed, while perks, augments and the field upgrade carry over. Zombies continue spawning, so enter with a substantial Essence reserve.
- Before activating the portal, bank enough Essence to rebuy weapons and Pack-a-Punch replacements several times.
- Choose a replacement weapon you can reacquire quickly; do not assume your previous loadout will remain.
- After each wave, immediately rebuy and upgrade before the next wave overwhelms the arena.
- After the final wave, pick up the Championship Belt to complete the unlock.
What the Wrestler’s Belt relic does
The Wrestler’s Belt is a Grim-tier relic. Its effect randomizes weapon wall buys at the start of every round, changing which weapons appear at the chalk outlines. Completing the trial also awards the Elemental Exposure GobbleGum and 1,000 XP. If this unlock completes a 30-relic collection, the reported collection rewards are a secret camo, the Near Death Experience and Wonderbar! GobbleGums, and 30,000 XP.

Common mistakes and fixes
Taking the Jotunn Star too soon
If you collect the wonder weapon before the Mr. Peeks magazine, the magazine is locked out for that match. Restart the game and repeat the lighthouse sequence, taking the magazine first.

Mystery Box, loadout and teammate-dropped versions do not advance the wall-buy counter. Return to the chalk outline and buy the weapon there.

Stopping at exactly 50
Because a kill can fail to credit, continue to approximately 55–60 direct kills and verify the counter in the pause menu.
Expecting shared co-op progress
Assign each weapon to one player and have that player secure all 50 kills. Divide the weapon list, not individual kills on the same weapon.

Entering the trial without Essence
Weapons disappear after every wave. Save enough Essence for repeated purchases and Pack-a-Punch upgrades before opening the portal.
