To get Pixel Polli for free in Fortnite, master 28 Sprites of any rarity on the Sprite Mastery track during Chapter 7 Season 4 (Override). Current guides describe mastering a Sprite as leveling it to level five and extracting it. Epic confirms Pixel Polli is a reward on the expanded track, but its update notes do not specify the 28-Sprite requirement or that mechanic.
How to unlock Pixel Polli
- Play during Chapter 7 Season 4 (Override). The outfit is a reward on the Sprite Mastery track.
- Master 28 Sprites. Current Fortnite guides say Sprites of any rarity count toward the requirement.
- Level each Sprite to level five and extract it. This is the mastery method described by a current guide; Epic’s update notes confirm the track and reward but do not document the step-by-step mechanic.
- Check your progress and Locker in-game. Use the Sprite Mastery track to verify progress, then check whether Pixel Polli has been added to your Locker.
This is a gameplay reward, so the described unlock route does not require V-Bucks, an external seller, a code, or a physical purchase.

When does the free unlock window end?
Finish as early as possible and aim to complete the requirement by October 31, 2026. Current guides disagree on the season’s end by one day: Beebom reports October 31, while FRVR lists November 1, 2026. Epic’s update notes do not give a specific Pixel Polli deadline, so neither date should be treated as a guaranteed cutoff. Check the in-game track for current availability.
Is the 70-Sprite style part of the same unlock?
No. Epic’s update notes say an even more pixelated style is expected in a future update during the season when players master 70 Sprites. That note does not establish that the style is currently available. The 28-Sprite milestone is the requirement current guides report for the Pixel Polli Outfit.
