To get Mega Man in Fortnite, you need to buy the Mega Man (Dual Override) Outfit through the official Item Shop when it is available. Its listed price was 1,800 V-Bucks, but the offer’s stated deadline—September 20, 2026, at 12:00 AM local time (GMT+00:00)—has passed. No return date is established, so check the live Item Shop before spending or buying V-Bucks.
Is the Mega Man skin still in the Fortnite Item Shop?
The official listing’s purchase window ended on September 20, 2026. That means the offer is expired; it does not prove the skin will never return. Epic’s terms say availability can change and do not guarantee access to specific content a player has not acquired. The reviewed official sources provide no date for a re-release. Check Fortnite’s current Item Shop for an active offer rather than relying on an old listing or assuming it is available.

How to buy Mega Man if the offer returns
- Open Fortnite and go to the Item Shop.
- Look for the official Mega Man (Dual Override) Outfit or a Mega Man Bundle offer. Confirm that the listing is active and check its displayed price and contents.
- Select the offer and follow the in-game sign-in and purchase prompts to spend V-Bucks.
Epic’s End User License Agreement says licenses to in-game content can be obtained in different ways, including with credits such as V-Bucks. The official offer page presents the V-Bucks price and a sign-in-to-purchase flow. Use that official offer flow; the sources reviewed do not establish another way to obtain the outfit.
How much did Mega Man and the bundle cost?
| Offer | Listed price | What it included | Availability |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mega Man (Dual Override) | 1,800 V-Bucks | Mega Man Outfit | Stated deadline: September 20, 2026, at 12:00 AM local time (GMT+00:00); that date has passed. |
| Mega Man Bundle | 3,800 V-Bucks, discounted from a listed original price of 7,300 | Mega Man (Dual Override), Mega Man X, Zero (Mega Man), Buster Cannon Fire Sword, Buster Cannon Blades, E-Tank Power Pack, Z-Saber items, Rush (Mega Man), and Mega Buster Flex | Stated deadline: September 20, 2026, at 12:00 AM local time (GMT+00:00); that date has passed. |
| Zero (Mega Man) | 1,800 V-Bucks | Zero Outfit | Stated deadline: September 20, 2026, at 12:00 AM local time (GMT+00:00); that date has passed. |
The individual Mega Man Outfit is the relevant choice if you want only Mega Man. The larger bundle offered more characters and associated items for a higher V-Bucks cost. These are prices and contents from the official listings, not a promise that the offers or prices are available now.

Can a V-Bucks card unlock the skin?
No. A V-Bucks card adds credits to an Epic account; it does not grant a particular Outfit. Only buy credits after confirming the Mega Man offer is currently listed and you intend to purchase it. Epic’s agreement describes physical or virtual cards as ways to add credits, while the cosmetic itself must be acquired through an available offer.
