You can earn Jimothy as a free Fortnite Sidekick by finding a Dumpster Dive Sprite in a Battle Royale match and extracting it at a physical Sprite Extraction Site. Afterward, check your Locker for Jimothy. The hidden objective is reported as “Extract A Silly Little Guy.”
How to unlock Jimothy
-
Start a Battle Royale match.
-
Find a Dumpster Dive Sprite. VICE reports finding them in Trick or Treat Cheat Codes and says any Sprite variant worked in its test.

-
Carry the Sprite to a physical Sprite Extraction Site and complete the extraction. VICE reports that its launch-day test with a portable extractor did not count, so use a normal, on-map site instead. This is a reported test result, not an official Epic rule.
