The Muse Tree needs a Gramophone to grow. Check The Broken Lamp for the red Gramophone: the Moonlight Peaks update 1.2.3 announcement says it is always available there. Once you have it, place it in your home and see whether the tree begins growing; exact placement range and growth timing are not established in the available sources.
Why is the Muse Tree not growing?
The Gramophone is a gameplay requirement for Muse Tree growth, according to the Moonlight Peaks community FAQ. If your tree is not growing, first make sure you have obtained and placed a Gramophone. An independent guide identifies Samael as the seller and gives a price of 2,000 Coins. Those specifics are not confirmed by the update announcement or the FAQ, so treat them as reported details and verify them in-game before budgeting around that amount.

What to do after buying it
- Visit The Broken Lamp and look for the red Gramophone.
- Purchase it if it is available, checking the in-game price and seller rather than assuming the secondary guide’s figures apply to your version.
- Place the Gramophone in your home, then check whether the Muse Tree grows. The sources establish the Gramophone requirement but do not confirm an exact placement distance or growth schedule.
If the tree still does not grow
- Confirm the item: Make sure you placed the Gramophone, not a different object.
- Check placement: The sources do not specify a reliable distance from the tree, so try moving the Gramophone closer if the tree remains unchanged.
