How to claim the emote
- Open the official Supercell Store in a web browser.
- Sign in with the Supercell ID connected to the Clash Royale account that should receive the reward.
- Open the Free Gift section.
- Select the Hero Electro Wizard emote offer and press Claim.
- Launch Clash Royale again and look in your Emote Deck or collection for the new cosmetic.
The Store listing and its short expiry window are currently reported by gaming-reward trackers and an October 16 guide rather than an indexed Supercell announcement. Treat the offer as volatile: if it is not visible, refresh the Store and verify that you signed into the correct Supercell ID before assuming the promotion has ended.

Can a QR code claim it?
A QR code circulating for the promotion reportedly opens the same redemption page. Using the QR code is therefore an alternative way to reach the Store offer, not a separate reward path. Confirm that the destination is the official Supercell Store, then follow the same sign-in and Claim steps. Avoid entering your Supercell credentials on a page that is not an official Supercell domain.
The emote is not the Hero Electro Wizard card
The free Store item is a cosmetic emote. It does not unlock the playable Hero Electro Wizard card, change your deck, or grant Hero abilities. Supercell’s October support information says Hero Electro Wizard can be unlocked by spending Hero Coins or by taking it as a choice reward on the paid Pass Royale track.

How Hero Electro Wizard itself is unlocked
Supercell’s Heroes documentation states that collecting 200 Hero Coins unlocks a Hero of your choice. Hero Coins can be earned through certain events and the free Pass Royale track. That progression is independent of claiming the Store emote.
Do not confuse it with the Shocktober album emote
The Shocktober: The Movie! Album Event runs from October 6 through November 2, 2026. Players collect Snippets, complete Scenes, and finish the full album to receive a unique emote, Electro Giant Evolution, and a Tower Skin. The official event material does not identify that album emote as the separate Hero Electro Wizard emote in the Store. Unless the game explicitly labels them as the same item, treat them as two different rewards.

Troubleshooting a missing reward
The Free Gift section is empty
Check that the Store is open in a browser, reload the page, and confirm the promotion’s reported six-day window has not elapsed. Promotional listings can be removed without appearing in the game’s normal shop.

The claim succeeds but the emote is not visible
Close and reopen Clash Royale, then inspect the Emote Deck and collection. Make sure the browser session used the same Supercell ID that is connected to the intended game account. Signing into a different Supercell ID can deliver the offer to the wrong account or make it appear missing.

The QR code does not work
Open the official Store manually and look for Free Gift. The QR code is only a shortcut to the reported redemption page; the manual Store route should expose the same listing while it remains active.
