Where to look for Rush
Open Fortnite and check the in-game Item Shop for Mega Man items. The shop was the purchase route when Rush was offered; its earlier sale dates do not show that it is available now. Epic’s Rush item listing records the original offer window, which has passed.

What Rush cost during its offer
Epic listed Rush individually for 1,500 V-Bucks. Rush was also included in the Mega Man Bundle, which Epic listed at 3,800 V-Bucks, reduced from a listed original price of 7,300 V-Bucks. What the Rush Sidekick does
Epic describes Rush as “Mega Man’s faithful robotic dog.” Sidekicks react to the world around players, but Epic says they do not detect enemies or items. In Battle Royale, players see only their team’s Sidekicks; visibility differs in other Fortnite experiences. Rush is a cosmetic, not a way to gain a gameplay advantage.
Epic’s listing identifies Rush as part of the Mega Man set, introduced in Chapter 7, Season 4. It also marks the Sidekick as having unlockable styles and a built-in feature, but does not detail the exact quest progression in the listing information available here. Epic says Sidekick quests unlock items upon completion.
