Farm Demon Horns from demon enemies in Slayers 2. The most detailed community guides point to the cave beneath the waterfall near Mother Bear: Hoyuzo Subordinates gather along the approach, and Hoyuzo waits at the end. Those guides report roughly a 50% chance for ordinary demons to drop one horn and a 50% chance for Hoyuzo to drop three, but these are community-reported rates, not an official drop table.
Where to farm Demon Horns
Head for the cave below the waterfall near Mother Bear. The route reported by the Slayers 2 Guide Wiki starts at the Windy Peak shrine and leads through the Mother Bear area to the stream, waterfall, and Wagwan. Continue into the misty basin to find Hoyuzo Subordinates; Hoyuzo is at the end of the cave.

- Travel east from the Windy Peak shrine toward Mother Bear and the bears.
- Follow the stream to the waterfall and find Wagwan nearby.
- Continue past the waterfall into the misty basin, where Hoyuzo Subordinates are grouped.
- Fight through the subordinates and reach Hoyuzo at the end if you want to include the boss in your run.
The cave is described as a concentrated mid-game farm, but its level 40 demons use Blood Demon Arts and the route includes a boss. If your character is under-levelled, the density that makes the cave appealing can also make it dangerous. The sources give no controlled kills-per-hour comparison, so this is a well-described route, not a proven fastest farm.
What drops Demon Horns—and how many?
Community guides describe Demon Horns as drops from demon enemies. The Slayers 2 Wiki Editors’ materials guide, updated September 20, 2026, says its roughly 50% figure comes from launch-week runs. A separate guide transcription lists six demon sources at 50% each. These rates are guide reports and may not match every game build.

The listed probabilities are not guarantees per kill. In particular, Hoyuzo’s reported three horns are tied to a successful drop, so a kill does not guarantee that quantity.
Combine the farm with Wagwan’s quest
Wagwan stands near the waterfall and is reported to offer the level 40 quest “Clear Hoyuzo’s Guard.” The Slayers 2 Guide Wiki lists the objective as defeating four guards, with rewards of 720 experience and 324 Wen. Because the Hoyuzo Subordinates on the cave approach are the guards in question, you can work on the quest while farming nearby enemies. Quest level and reward details are community-guide reports; check the in-game quest text for the current requirements.

What are Demon Horns used for?
Demon Horns are progression materials requested by some breathing trainers. One community guide lists these examples, but they should not be treated as a complete or guaranteed-current price list:

The same guide notes that some trainers may have an alternate route that does not cost horns. Check the trainer’s current requirements before farming a specific amount. Sound uses Beast Cores instead, according to that guide, so Demon Horns are not its unlock material.

Are there other farming locations?
A separate Slayers 2 wiki page names Abubu Cave and the woods east of Kiribating Village as alternatives, and claims that Tony accepts 250 horns in exchange for Claws. Those claims are not corroborated by the more detailed waterfall-cave and Hoyuzo guides, so treat them as lower-confidence and verify them in-game before planning around them.
The waterfall route is the clearest documented option if you want enemy density and the chance to progress Wagwan’s guard quest at the same time. Its combat difficulty matters, and the available guides do not establish which route yields the most horns per hour.
