The most dependable way to earn Credits in Forza Horizon 6 is to keep progressing through Festival activities you enjoy—races, Time Attack Circuits, Drag Meets, PR Stunts and exploration—rather than rely on an unverified “fastest” farm. Forza’s published guides list these activities but do not compare their credits per hour, so the best choice depends on what is available and how you play.
Choose a repeatable activity you’ll keep playing
The Festival campaign is organized around Wristbands and includes several kinds of events. Use the activity that suits your car and mood; the official progression guide does not publish a comparable payout rate or completion time for them.

- Road, Dirt and Cross Country races: Take part in Festival races as you advance through the campaign.
- Horizon Time Attack Circuits: Forza says players earn Credits and XP for each lap completed. This is a direct, lap-based reward, though no amount per lap is stated.
- Drag Meets: Choose these if you prefer short, focused driving events.
- PR Stunts and Bonus Boards: Explore and take on stunt activities as they appear in the Festival.
Forza’s progression overview describes the Festival activities and Wristband campaign. Its Time Attack feature page confirms Credits and XP for each completed lap. Neither source establishes which activity earns the most Credits over a given amount of time.

Forza’s starting guide points to the Raku-Raku food delivery Job as another way to earn extra Credits. It is a useful option when you want a change from racing, but the guide does not state a payout or completion time, so there is no supported basis for calling it a faster farm.

Check seasonal events for limited-time rewards
Seasonal activities can offer a larger one-time reward than ordinary event guidance suggests, but their availability and payouts can change. For example, PC Gamer reported on October 1, 2026, that smashing the target in the Nangan-region Treasure Hunt paid 100,000 Credits, 5,000 XP and three Season Progress points. Treat that as a dated event example, not a permanent payout: check the in-game event list to confirm the hunt is active and its reward is still offered.

Don’t count on AFK farming
Forza’s Series 3 article says an update fixed exploits that allowed XP and Credit farming with Auto Drive while AFK. That makes the method an unreliable shortcut; use active Festival activities instead. The source documents those fixes, not the status of every possible exploit or any enforcement outcome.

How to choose what to do next
- Open the Festival activity options and select a race, Time Attack Circuit, Drag Meet, PR Stunt or exploration activity that you want to play.
- If you want variety, try the Raku-Raku food delivery Job mentioned in Forza’s starting guide.
- Check current seasonal events in-game before planning around a specific reward.
- Compare your own results over a similar play session if you want to decide which activity suits you best; published official sources do not provide a credits-per-hour ranking.
