During The Patient sequence at St. Amelia Medical Center in Silent Hill: Townfall, read the monitors instead of relying on a memorized answer list: blood pressure is on the middle-right monitor, pulse on the lower-right, and oxygen saturation (SpO2) on the upper-left. Guides commonly report 70/40, about 160, and 80%, respectively—but readings can shift, and guides disagree on the pulse. Use the live display in your game.
Spoiler warning: This covers The Patient sequence at St. Amelia Medical Center, including the steps that follow the intercom questions.

Where to find the three readings
Start the intercom exchange in the surgery room, then inspect the monitors from the foot of the bed. The monitor positions and approximate readings below are reported by gameplay walkthroughs, not official clinical guidance.

|---|---|---|
| Blood pressure | Middle monitor on the right | 70/40; the displayed diastolic value may drift slightly |
| Pulse | Lower monitor on the right | About 160; guides report values from 160 to 162 |
| SpO2 | Upper monitor on the left | About 80% |
These are puzzle readings, not medical measurements or advice. Wrong selections can damage your character, so check the relevant monitor before answering rather than guessing. PowerPyx, GamesRadar+, and other walkthroughs report the monitor locations and approximate targets.

Why the pulse answer varies
There is no single pulse integer consistently reported across guides: PowerPyx lists 160, while other walkthroughs report 162; GamesRadar+ describes seeing 161 and says the value changed during the exchange. A surgery guide favors 160 based on the laptop’s stated reliability threshold. Because the display can fluctuate, match your answer to the current reading and the options available in your game rather than treating one guide’s number as universal. If you’re unsure which device is which, check the laptop’s Equipment Overview; guides describe a Valentudo View S-100 entry with device guidance, including a pulse range and a warning that oxygen readings below 75% are unreliable. Follow the information shown in your own game.
Continue toward saving the patient
Once you finish the intercom questions, enter pager code 7103 at the surgery exit to reach the X-ray room. The next stages involve taking X-rays, retrieving medicine, and treating the patient; this is a game walkthrough, not real medical guidance.
