First confirm that your Sken.io monitor is set to send notifications to the Gmail address you are checking. Then search all Gmail folders and categories, review filters and blocked senders, and check whether the monitor was configured to alert on the change you expected. The available public guidance does not establish a special India-specific Sken.io delivery problem or fix; these are the practical checks for a missing alert anywhere.
1. Confirm the notification address and monitor settings
- Open the relevant monitoring job in Sken.io and check its Notification email field. Confirm the address is spelled correctly and matches the Gmail account you are checking. The job setup exposes this field: Sken.io job setup.
- Check that the monitor is watching the intended page area and is configured for the change you expect. Sken.io describes sending an alert when the selected monitored area changes; a routine check alone does not necessarily mean an alert should be sent. See Sken.io.
- If you changed the address or monitor settings, allow a relevant change to occur before using the next alert as a test. Do not assume that an email was sent simply because the monitor ran.
2. Search Gmail beyond the Primary inbox
Search Gmail for Sken.io and terms you expect to see in an alert. Check Spam and the other inbox categories as well as Primary. Google’s email delivery troubleshooter distinguishes messages classified as spam or placed in another inbox location from messages that were rejected or not delivered.

If you find the alert in Spam, follow Gmail’s spam-message guidance. Marking one message as not spam may help with that message, but it is not a guarantee that every future alert will reach the inbox.
3. Check filters and blocked senders
Review Gmail filters for rules that match Sken.io messages and could archive, delete, or divert them. Also check blocked senders. If a matching rule is responsible, remove or edit it, then keep searching the other folders for the missing message. Gmail’s menu labels can vary by interface; Google’s delivery troubleshooting flow is the official starting point for sorting out inbox categorization.

4. If no alert appears anywhere
If the address and monitor look correct and a Gmail search across folders and categories finds nothing, follow Google’s delivery troubleshooting guidance and contact Sken.io through its support page or at [email protected].
Include the monitor or job identifier, the approximate time the alert was expected, and any bounce or rejection text you received. Share the notification address only through Sken.io’s support channel. This information can help distinguish a monitor configuration issue from a mail-delivery problem; public guidance cannot show what happened to a particular message.

Google’s sender guidelines require senders to Gmail to use SPF or DKIM authentication; additional requirements apply to bulk senders. Those are sender-side requirements. A recipient generally cannot fix a sender’s authentication by changing Gmail settings. Google also says meeting sender requirements does not guarantee that every message will avoid spam filtering.
5. Set up another alert route if email is not dependable
Sken.io documents Android push notifications, Slack, Discord, Google Chat, webhooks, and Zapier as alternatives. Choose a channel you already monitor and can configure for the relevant job; the available sources do not establish that every channel is included in every plan. Details are on Sken.io.
