If a Prime Gaming reward will not claim or is missing after you claim it, first check the offer’s own redemption instructions and its status in My Collection. Then confirm that the Amazon account, game account, and platform account in use are the ones connected to the offer. Prime Gaming rewards do not all arrive the same way: an offer may require account linking, a code, or a separate storefront step.
Start by identifying where the claim is stuck
A reward can fail at different points: you may not have completed the offer’s redemption flow, the claim may be pending delivery to a game, or a library item may be attached to another account. The offer page matters because redemption directions vary by reward; Amazon says some offers require linking a game account and provides access directions with the offer. | What you see | What it may mean | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Reward is not claimed | The offer may require another account link, code, or storefront step. | Reopen the offer and complete its specific instructions. |
| My Collection says Pending | The claim succeeded, but the in-game content has not arrived. | Sign into the game with the account linked to the claim. |
| My Collection says Undeliverable | Fulfillment failed; an already-claimed offer or invalid game account may be involved. | Check the game account and contact support if the status remains. |
| EA reward is missing | The Amazon, EA, or platform account may not be linked as intended. | Verify all three account connections and follow EA’s guidance. |
| Epic game is absent from the library | The signed-in account, country, or regional eligibility may be an issue. | Check the Epic account and offer availability for your region. |
Read the offer’s exact redemption instructions
Open the reward in Prime Gaming and follow its displayed FAQ or redemption directions. Depending on the offer, you may need to connect a game account, use a launcher, redeem a code, or complete a step in a storefront. Do not assume that instructions for one game apply to another. Amazon’s general overview explains that some rewards require linking and that offer pages provide access directions. About Amazon: How to get free games and in-game content with your Prime membership

Check the accounts connected to the claim
Confirm which Amazon account claimed the reward, which game account was linked, and which platform account the game or launcher is currently using. A reward can appear to be missing when it was delivered to a different account than the one you opened.

For EA rewards, EA says the Amazon account, EA Account, and platform account must be linked correctly. Review the connections in account settings and make sure the game is using the intended EA and platform accounts. EA warns that rewards sent to the wrong account may be difficult or impossible to transfer. If you suspect the wrong EA account was linked, EA’s missing-loot directions include checking account settings and retrying the claim in a private or incognito browser window after correcting the links. Do not unlink accounts casually; linking and relinking rules can depend on the game. EA Help: Learn how to find missing EA currency, items, and rewards
Use My Collection to understand the delivery status
If the status is Pending
Amazon describes Pending as a successful claim for content that has not yet arrived in-game. Sign into the game with the same linked account used to claim the reward, then check whether the item appears. Amazon does not give a universal delivery-time promise for all offers. If the status is Undeliverable
Amazon lists an offer that was already claimed and an invalid game account as possible causes. Check that the account is valid and is the intended one. If the status remains Undeliverable, contact customer support; a successful recovery is not guaranteed. Amazon UK Customer Service: My Collection – Delivery Status Pending or Undelivered
If an Epic Games Store game is missing
For a game claimed through Prime Gaming that should appear in the Epic Games Store library, Epic recommends checking that the country on the Epic account matches your actual country, that the offer is available in your region, and that you are signed into the correct Epic account. If the offer is eligible and the game still does not appear, contact Prime Gaming support. These checks apply to the Epic library case, not every Prime Gaming reward.
