First, verify the product. POCA Audio’s official user guide and product page identify PINE Beat as a Bluetooth speaker, not a pair of earbuds. Step 1: identify what you actually own
Check the hardware
- Look at the device itself, its charging case and the original packaging.
- Write down the exact model name, capitalization and any model or regulatory number. A similar-sounding name is not enough.
- Decide whether the unit is a single speaker or two earbuds stored in a case. A device with a physical Play control and speaker-style enclosure is consistent with PINE Beat as documented by POCA; two in-ear pieces are not.
- Check the Bluetooth name shown by your phone. Record it exactly, including spaces and capital letters.
Take a clear photograph of the label or packaging before contacting support. It prevents a support agent from applying PINE Beat speaker instructions to a different product.

Pairing a new phone or computer
When you want to connect PINE Beat to another device, POCA specifies a separate procedure:
- Turn on the PINE Beat speaker.
- Press and hold the speaker’s Play button for two seconds. This is the documented action for entering pairing mode for a new device.
- On the new phone, tablet or computer, open Bluetooth settings.
- Choose PINE Beat from the available-device list.
Holding Play for two seconds is not an earbud reset instruction. It applies only when the hardware is the PINE Beat speaker described in POCA’s guide.
If PINE Beat does not appear
Confirm that the speaker is powered on, then repeat the appropriate branch: automatic pairing for first use, or a two-second Play-button hold for a new device. Keep the Bluetooth settings screen open while the list refreshes and look for the exact name PINE Beat.

If the speaker still does not appear after the documented sequence, stop before trying an undocumented factory reset, firmware procedure or internal repair. The sources available for PINE Beat establish the pairing steps, but they do not establish additional speaker reset commands. Use POCA’s official guide or support route for the confirmed speaker model.

If it really is a pair of earbuds
Do not transfer the speaker controls
Do not hold a Play button, assume that “PINE Beat” is the Bluetooth name, or follow speaker pairing directions unless your hardware is confirmed to be the PINE Beat speaker. Earbuds may use a case button, touch controls or a different sequence entirely. Applying the wrong sequence can leave you unable to tell whether the failure is caused by pairing mode, the model identity or the phone’s saved Bluetooth record.
Find the earbud model before troubleshooting
- Inspect the underside or inside of the charging case.
- Check both earbuds for a small printed model number.
- Read the box, quick-start card and purchase record.
- Open the Bluetooth device list and note the name that appears when the earbuds are discoverable.
- Search the manufacturer’s support pages using that exact model number, not “PINE Beat” unless the label actually says PINE Beat.
The official POCA pages reviewed for this topic do not identify a PINE Beat earbud product or publish an earbud reset procedure. Until the exact model is established, there is no reliable POCA-specific reset to recommend.

What information to give support
When the model is uncertain or the official instructions do not solve the problem, provide support with the exact model marking, the Bluetooth name, the phone or computer model, its operating-system version, and a description of what happens. Distinguish among these symptoms:
- The earbuds never appear in the Bluetooth list.
- They appear, but pairing fails or produces an error.
- They pair successfully, then disconnect immediately.
- Only one earbud connects.
- They connect to one device but not another.
This symptom distinction is more useful than reporting only that the earbuds “won’t connect.” It allows the manufacturer to match the problem to the correct model’s instructions instead of the unrelated PINE Beat speaker guide.

How to classify a continuing connection problem
“Won’t connect” and “keeps disconnecting” are different states. Record which state you have before changing anything:
