Redeem a promotion code step by step
- Open the official Bandai Namco Web Store. Use the publisher’s store rather than a third-party “code generator” or an in-game menu that is not identified by the FAQ as the redemption location.
- Choose ONE PIECE BOUNTY RUSH. The store can contain more than one game or product area, so confirm that the title shown is the one for your account.
- Select Enter Promotion Code. This is the store option named in Bandai Namco’s FAQ for entering a promotion code.

Do not assume that a successful store submission means the reward appears instantly in every part of the interface. Complete the home-screen step first, then use the restart step if the item remains absent.
If the store does not let you enter the code
Confirm that you are on the game’s store page

If you cannot use the store successfully, the official game guide says to check the in-game data-link setting and confirm the Bandai Namco ID linkage. This check is important when a player has changed devices, created multiple IDs, or previously played without completing the account connection. A code that fails after you have confirmed the correct page and linked account may be unavailable under the announcement’s conditions. The available official material does not support declaring every failed code “expired,” “case-sensitive,” “single-use,” or “region-locked” as a general One Piece Bounty Rush rule. Therefore, check the gift box when the announcement describes a conventional item or other non-paid-Rainbow-Diamond reward.
