If a Marvel Rivals reward is missing, first identify where it came from and whether you only earned progress or actually claimed it. Twitch Drops, creator-event prizes, tournament rewards and ordinary event rewards use different delivery paths. A Twitch Drop normally goes from Twitch Drop Inventory to the Marvel Rivals in-game Inbox; a tournament reward may be on the Tournament page or in Hall of Honor instead. Follow the matching path below, then contact the platform responsible for the failed step.
Start by identifying the reward source
“Marvel Rivals rewards not appearing” is not one problem. The correct fix depends on the promotion and the claim stage. Do not apply Twitch Drop instructions to a creator prize or assume a tournament reward will arrive in the Inbox.

Also distinguish these states: you have not met the requirements; progress is visible but the reward is unclaimed; the reward is claimed on the platform but absent in the game; or the reward is in the game but overlooked or expired. Each state points to a different check.

Use the claim-stage test
Ask these questions in order: Was the campaign active when you participated? Did the account satisfy the eligibility rules? Does the platform show progress or a completed claim? Did you press the separate claim button? Where does that promotion say the item will appear? This prevents a common mistake: reporting a reward as missing from Marvel Rivals when it has not yet been redeemed on Twitch, or searching the Inbox for an item that the tournament rules place elsewhere.

Record the campaign name, dates, account used and the screen where the process stopped. Those details make it easier to follow the right instructions and give support a reproducible description instead of a general “my reward is gone” report.
How to fix a claimed Twitch Drop not showing in game
The official Marvel Rivals Drops instructions separate earning progress from claiming the item. Watching an eligible stream can complete progress without delivering the reward until you redeem it in Twitch Drop Inventory.
1. Confirm the campaign is the one you actually watched
- Open the current Marvel Rivals Drops or event announcement and verify its start and end dates.
- Confirm that the stream, channel or category was listed as eligible for that campaign.
- Check the reward’s own requirement, such as watch time or a particular campaign condition.
The detailed instructions on the Season 0 official Drops page were published December 2, 2024. They explain the process, but they do not establish that the same dates, streams or requirements apply to a later campaign. Use the current event page for active terms.

Campaigns can use different dates, qualifying channels and reward conditions. If the event page says a specific category or channel is eligible, viewing somewhere else will not establish eligibility.
2. Verify the account connection
Marvel Rivals requires the game account and Twitch account to be linked for Drops. Sign in to the account you use in the game and verify that it is connected to the Twitch account on which you watched the eligible stream. If you watched with a different Twitch login, progress can be attached to that other account.
- Use the account-linking option shown on the current official Marvel Rivals Drops page.
- Check that the connection is still present rather than assuming an earlier campaign’s link remains valid.
- Avoid repeatedly unlinking and relinking while a reward is processing; first record which accounts and platform you used.
When you have more than one Twitch login or more than one Marvel Rivals account, write down the exact pair used for the viewing session. Switching accounts during troubleshooting can make it unclear which account earned or claimed the entitlement.
3. Open Twitch Drop Inventory and redeem the item
Go to Twitch Drop Inventory and look for the Marvel Rivals reward. Seeing a completed progress bar is not the same as redeeming the Drop. Select the reward’s claim or redeem control and wait for Twitch to confirm that it has been claimed.

If the item is still marked as in progress, the Twitch side has not finished the requirement. If it is marked claimable, redeem it before leaving the page. Keep a screenshot of the status and the campaign name if you need support.
A completed viewing bar therefore has two possible meanings: the reward is ready for your action, or Twitch has not yet converted the progress into a claimable Drop. Treat the label shown in Drop Inventory—not the amount of time you watched—as the decisive status.

4. Check the Marvel Rivals in-game Inbox
After the Twitch claim succeeds, launch Marvel Rivals on the account linked to Twitch and open the in-game Inbox. The official Drops guidance directs players to this Inbox for the delivered reward. Look for a reward email rather than only checking your inventory, cosmetics list or currency total.
Claim the message promptly. The official FAQ warns that in-game reward emails expire after 30 days. An expired Inbox message may no longer be recoverable through the normal claim screen.
Do not assume that a cosmetic, currency item or other entitlement will be visible immediately in the collection interface before its Inbox message is claimed. The documented sequence is Twitch claim first, then the in-game Inbox. Follow that sequence even if you expected the item to appear directly in your inventory.
5. If the claim succeeded but the Inbox is empty
- Close and relaunch the game, then open the Inbox again.
- Confirm that you are signed into the same Marvel Rivals account that is linked to the Twitch account.
- Check every Inbox tab or category presented by your game client and scroll through older messages.
- Verify that the Twitch reward shows as claimed in Twitch Drop Inventory, not merely earned or in progress.
- Check the claim timing against the campaign’s stated delivery terms and the 30-day Inbox expiry.
Do not claim the same Drop on a second Twitch account in an attempt to force delivery. That can make it harder for support to determine which account received the entitlement.
Capture the claimed status, the reward name and the empty or missing Inbox message before contacting support. This separates a delivery problem from an account-selection problem and gives the official support team the information needed to investigate.
When Twitch Drop progress is not processing
If Twitch itself is not recording eligible viewing or the progress meter is stuck, use Twitch Support. This is a platform-side progress problem, not yet a Marvel Rivals Inbox problem.

- State whether the stream was live, whether the campaign was active in your region and whether the accounts were linked at the time.
- Do not describe an unclaimed Drop as missing from the game; first establish that Twitch marked it claimable and that you redeemed it.
If Twitch shows the Drop as claimed but Marvel Rivals still does not deliver it after the normal Inbox check, the official Marvel Rivals FAQ asks players to provide feedback through Marvel Rivals Support on the official Discord. The FAQ’s question is “WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I STILL HAVE ISSUES WITH TWITCH DROPS?” Its answer directs unresolved Drops issues to that Discord support route. No response-time guarantee is stated.
Choose support based on the failed handoff
The handoff has three distinct stages: Twitch records eligible viewing, Twitch accepts your claim, and Marvel Rivals delivers the claimed item. Twitch Support is the appropriate first route when the first stage is stuck. Marvel Rivals’ official Discord support is the route identified for a continuing game-side Drops problem after the Twitch claim. Sending the same report to the wrong platform can delay diagnosis because that team cannot inspect the other platform’s status.
Fixing a Marvel Rivals creator-event prize that never arrived
Creator campaigns have their own eligibility and contact process. A watched stream or social interaction does not automatically qualify you unless the event’s official page says it does.

Check the entry and eligibility rules
- Open the announcement for the exact creator event, not a general Marvel Rivals Drops page.
- Confirm that your entry met every listed requirement and was submitted through the official event page.
- Check the event’s closing date and any geographic, account or submission restrictions stated there.
The Season 9 incentive announcement published August 26, 2026 says that only entries meeting the requirements and submitted through the official event page qualified. Its process cannot be generalized to every creator campaign.
Keep the confirmation or submission details for the official event page if you have them. A qualifying entry and a winning entry are not necessarily the same thing: the event may first screen for valid submissions and then publish a separate list of winners.
Check winner notification email
For the cited Season 9 program, listed winners were contacted by email. Search the inbox for the event name and check spam, junk and promotions folders. Make sure the address associated with your qualifying entry is still accessible.
That announcement lists [email protected] as the contact for that specific incentive event. Do not treat it as the general support address for every missing Marvel Rivals reward. For another creator campaign, use the contact and deadline in that campaign’s own announcement.
If you were not listed as a winner
A missing prize message is different from an unsuccessful entry. Compare your entry with the published winner list and eligibility conditions before requesting delivery. Support cannot confirm a prize that the event rules did not award.
If the announcement says winners must respond by a deadline, follow that deadline and the instructions in the winner email. Do not substitute Twitch Drop Inventory or the game Inbox unless the creator event specifically tells you to do so; its delivery method may be email-led and event-specific.
Where tournament rewards are located
Tournament rewards may bypass the Inbox entirely. The cited Championship rules specify the Tournament page for individual rewards and Hall of Honor for rewards from previous seasons.
Individual reward from the current tournament
- Open the game’s Tournament page.
- Select the relevant Championship or tournament edition.
- Look for the individual-reward section and claim any available item.
Check the edition name carefully. A page for one Championship should not be assumed to describe a different tournament’s reward schedule, eligibility or menu placement.
Reward from a previous season
Open Hall of Honor and check the previous-season reward area described by the applicable rules. The Championship document is edition-specific, so another tournament may use a different menu or delivery schedule.

Check time limits
Some tournament rewards are available only for a limited period. Read the rules for the relevant edition and claim the item before its stated deadline. A tournament reward that is no longer available should not be reported as a Twitch Drop or an Inbox delivery failure.
If you can see the tournament result but not the reward, compare the result with the rules’ individual-reward conditions. A result screen alone does not identify the claim location or prove that a reward remains available.
Other in-game and event rewards
Daily missions, seasonal activities, passes, login campaigns and one-off announcements can each define a different claim screen. The sources covering Twitch Drops, creator prizes and Championship rewards do not verify one universal recovery process for all other reward types.
- Open the current announcement or event page for the reward.
- Read the eligibility, claim location, delivery timing and expiry language.
- Return to the named interface, such as a mission panel, event hub, pass track or Inbox.
- Check whether the requirement is complete and whether a separate claim button is required.
- Use the support route named by that event if the reward remains absent.
Do not infer a 30-day expiry, an Inbox delivery or a Discord route for an event that does not state those terms.

Do not confuse absence with ineligibility
A reward can be absent because the requirement was never met, because a separate claim action remains, because delivery is pending, or because the claim window ended. Check the evidence for each stage before concluding that the game failed: the current event terms, Twitch status, winner list, tournament page or Inbox message all answer different questions.
What to include when contacting support
A precise report helps the responsible platform identify the failed stage. Include:
- Reward name, campaign or tournament edition.
- Reward source: Twitch Drop, creator event, tournament or another in-game activity.
- Marvel Rivals account identifier and platform, when the support form requests them.
- Twitch username and the account-link status for a Drop.
- Campaign dates, eligible channel or event page, and the time you completed the requirement.
- Whether Twitch shows the item as in progress, claimable or claimed.
- Where you looked in Marvel Rivals and whether an Inbox message was present or expired.
- Clear screenshots with personal security information hidden.
Send Twitch-side progress failures to Twitch Support. Send a continuing Marvel Rivals Drops delivery problem to Marvel Rivals Support on the official Discord, as directed by the official FAQ. For a creator prize or tournament issue, use the announcement or rules for that specific program.
