Why can’t the game connect to the server?

Can you log in to the same account on another device?
That depends on whether the account is linked. Ujoy says linked accounts can be used on other devices, while a guest account cannot be used to access the same account on another device. If you still have access to the original device, open Player Info > Account Binding and link the account before changing devices.

Ujoy warns that an unlinked guest account’s information and progress may be lost. Do not uninstall the game or clear its app data until you have established whether the account is linked and your progress is protected. How do you reset a forgotten Ujoy password?
- Open the game’s login screen and select Ujoy Games.
- Select Retrieve Password.
- Enter the email address bound to the Ujoy account and request the verification code.
- Enter the code in the game and follow the prompts to set a new password.
