A useful first question is whether the game is specifically refusing one feature or whether GTA Online is failing more broadly. If the rest of the session is working and only the minigame produces an availability message, start with that message’s meaning and your in-game context. If you cannot enter or remain in GTA Online, see a service-unavailable notice, or encounter session or catalogue synchronization problems, move to the service-status and connection checks below.
