Establish what changed before changing settings
Write down the details while they are fresh:
- OPPO model and region.
- Android and ColorOS version shown in the phone’s software-information screen.
- Date and approximate time of the update.

Do not use risky “fixes” as diagnostics
Do not disable essential system packages, remove security services, repeatedly force-stop every app, or install a utility that promises instant battery repair.
