For Imperial County’s November 3, 2026 General Election, use the Registrar of Voters’ Find My Vote Center locator or the current “Vote Center & Drop Box Locations” sheet. In 2026, county voters can vote at any Vote Center; they do not need to locate an assigned Election Day polling site. Election Day centers are scheduled to be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., while early-voting dates and hours depend on the center.
Find your Imperial County Vote Center
- Open the Imperial County Registrar of Voters website and choose “Find My Vote Center” to look for a convenient location.
- Alternatively, open the November 3, 2026 election page and select “Vote Center & Drop Box Locations” for the printable list of locations and schedules.
- Check the opening date and hours for your chosen center before leaving. The county list groups centers by schedule, so not every site offers early voting for the same number of days.
The current county sheet lists 15 Vote Centers:
- Brawley: Brawley Lions Center, 225 A Street; I.V. Housing Authority, 1401 D Street.
- Calexico: Camarena Memorial Library, 840 Encinas Avenue; Mario Esquer Building, 850 Eady Avenue.
- Calipatria: Calipatria City Hall, 125 Park Street.
- El Centro: El Centro Public Library, 1198 North Imperial Avenue; Desert Trails–Ryerson Hall, 225 Wake Avenue.
- Heber: Heber Community Center, 1132 Heber Avenue.
- Holtville: Holtville City Hall, 121 West 5th Street.
- Imperial: Veterans Hall, 247 South Imperial Street.
- Niland: Niland Fire Station Cooling Center, 8071 Luxor Avenue.
- Salton City: West Shores High School, 2381 Shore Hawk Avenue.
- Seeley: Seeley Fire Station Cooling Center, 1862 West Evan Hewes Highway.
- Westmorland: Westmorland Youth Center, 200 West 2nd Street.
- Winterhaven: San Pasqual School District Parenting Center, 676 Baseline Road, Building 307.
The same sheet separately lists eight official ballot drop boxes. A drop box is for returning a ballot, not for voting in person; use the county locator or sheet to distinguish the two.

November 2026 voting hours and dates
On Election Day, Tuesday, November 3, listed Vote Centers are scheduled to open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Early voting is available at centers in different schedule groups:
- One group is scheduled for October 24 through November 2, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., and November 3, 7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
- A second group is scheduled for October 31 through November 2, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., and November 3, 7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
- Election Day-only centers are scheduled for November 3, 7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
Use the center-specific schedule in the current county election materials rather than assuming a location is open before Election Day. The schedule is for the November 3, 2026 General Election; earlier 2026 county materials describe the June primary and should not be used for November hours.
Why the county uses Vote Centers in 2026
Imperial County began its Voter’s Choice Act transition for the June 2, 2026 Primary Election, replacing the traditional polling-site model with Vote Centers open across multiple days. That means “polling place” may still appear on older county guidance, but for this election the practical answer is to choose any county Vote Center and confirm its current schedule. The county says centers offer in-person voting, ballot drop-off, same-day registration, voting assistance, accessible voting equipment, and staff assistance in multiple languages.
Other ways to return or cast a ballot

If you missed the voter registration deadline
Conditional registration and voting are available from October 20 through November 3, 2026. You can go to any Vote Center or to the Registrar of Voters office at 940 West Main Street, Suite 206, El Centro. Your ballot is counted after election officials verify your registration and confirm that you have not already voted.
