To reach the source of the tremors, restore power to the locked garage using a Power Core Station charge and the rooftop power box, then destroy the Hiss orb inside. You must also destroy two more orbs around the Evac Building before entering. This walkthrough follows the route through the building to Arish and back out.
Restore power to the garage
- From the Central Supply Route Station, follow the road southeast to the Evacuation Zone. Use the Evac Building and its large red Hiss formation as landmarks; the entrance is blocked while the nearby orbs remain.
- Go southwest from the building into the alley south of the street corner. Clear the enemies, including the two healing orbs, and follow the red Hiss trail to the garage. The orb behind the locked garage door cannot be reached from outside.
- Find the nearby Power Core Station marked on your map and interact with it to take a power charge. Carry the charge to the nearby rooftop and use it on the power box.
- Return to the garage, open it, and destroy the Hiss orb inside.
Destroy the other two orbs and enter the Evac Building
- Destroy the orb in the open area in front of the Evac Building.
- Find the third orb north of the building, near shielded floating enemies. Defeat the enemies, then use the nearby rooftop to reach and destroy the orb.
- With all three orbs destroyed, return to the Evac Building entrance and go inside.
Reach Arish on floor 15
- Take the left elevator to floor 12 and clear the Hiss room.
- Go to the southern side of the floor and find the hallway with a blue light above its entrance. Follow the route through the scaffolding to the Hiss orb blocking the way, then destroy it.
- Use the elevator and select floor 15 to reach Arish.
Get the keycard and exit
- After reaching Arish, destroy the Hiss orb blocking the return route. Arish gives you a Level 2 Keycard.
- Use the keycard on the nearby Level 2 door, then clear the remaining Hiss.
- Return to the lobby, take the elevator to the ground floor, and leave the building to complete Evacuation Procedures.
Quest rewards reported by the guide
Priya Singh’s Nerd’s Chalk walkthrough, updated September 23, 2026, reports a Living Shard and the Agent Uniform for completing Evacuation Procedures. It also says the Level 2 Keycard provides Level 2 Security Clearance and lists the Rescue Mission trophy or achievement as a mission outcome. These are guide-reported details; the walkthrough does not cite official confirmation or specify a platform or game version.
