The official CONTROL Resonant (Original Soundtrack) is listed on Apple Music as a 13-song, 51-minute album by Petri Alanko and CONTROL Resonant, released October 2, 2026. Open the Apple Music album page for its live tracklist: the available listing information confirms the album details but does not show the individual titles here. If you are trying to identify music from a trailer or a scene, first distinguish the original score from Zoe’s Mixtape and from songs licensed for specific trailers.

The album information confirms the count and runtime, but the listing text available here does not expose all 13 titles. Do not treat an incomplete tracklist copied elsewhere as the full official sequence. Xbox also lists a digital soundtrack and artbook with 13 new tracks, but that add-on requires the game; see the Xbox listing for its terms.

Original soundtrack
The 13-song Apple Music album is the original soundtrack release credited to Petri Alanko and CONTROL Resonant. Its album count is not a claim that it contains every musical cue heard during gameplay.

Zoe’s Mixtape
Zoe’s Mixtape is a separate six-song collection of original songs made for the game and tied to moments in Dylan and Zoe’s story. A September 22, 2026 press release lists these titles:
- “Say What”
- “No Chains Can Last Forever”
- “A World I’m Ready to Live and Die For” featuring Costee and Frida Amundsen
- “Manalan Mailla” featuring Vilma Jää
- “Fight for Control (We Go To War)” featuring Heviteemu
- “Another World” featuring Frida Amundsen and Sakima
The release says the songs are available on Spotify, Apple Music, and other select streaming platforms. The tracklist and availability are described in the press release reproduction.

Trailer-licensed songs
A song used in a trailer is not automatically part of either album. Confirmed examples include The Prodigy’s “Omen” for the Gamescom Opening Night Live trailer, The Cardigans’ “My Favourite Game” for a separate launch-trailer case, and “Manalan Mailla” featuring Vilma Jää for the Paranatural Manhattan trailer. The specific trailer matters; Clear Music identifies the first two cases on its CONTROL Resonant campaign page, while the press release reproduction associates “Manalan Mailla” with the Paranatural Manhattan trailer.

Identify a song from a trailer or game moment
- Pin down the source. Note whether you heard it in the released game, an official trailer, or a social-media clip. Different trailers can use different songs.
- For a trailer, match the exact video. Check its credits or an authoritative campaign source rather than searching only for “the CONTROL Resonant trailer song.” Examples above are tied to named trailers, not to every CONTROL Resonant video.
- For an in-game cue, compare the two releases. Check the live original soundtrack listing and Zoe’s Mixtape tracklist. If neither establishes the match, the song remains unidentified by these sources; do not infer an answer from resemblance or listener guesses.
- State the context with the identification. When sharing an answer, name the specific trailer or game moment and cite the source that confirms it. This keeps a soundtrack cue, a mixtape song, and licensed trailer music from being conflated.
What is known about “Sibling Theme”
In an October 1, 2026 interview with TechRadar, composer Petri Alanko described “Sibling Theme” as representing Jesse and Dylan’s bond and as a subset of the origin theme. Alanko said it began as a more vibrant instrumental version of “The One I Once Knew,” but felt overwhelming in intimate, childhood-memory sections; testing the melody and harmonies on electric piano helped him find the right approach. Read the TechRadar interview for the composer’s account.
Quick Recap
Rank #3
- The British Invasion is a Vinyl band expansion that builds on the base game of Vinyl and introduces the Listening Booth and singles (aka 45s).
- Historically, 45s were purchased to initially and eventually encouraged buyers to acquire the associated LP album or even another album from the band.
- In BI, players can acquire 45s by matching the band icon. Each 45 has an "A-side" with locked attributes that can be unlocked at the Listening Booth.
- At the Listening Booth, players will discard a magazine card with one matching icon to flip the 45 to its "B-side" giving the player more points and the opportunity to use the 45 to acquire LPs with similar attributes in future rounds.
- This is an expansion for the Vinyl Board game as well as a standalone product.
What the tracklists do—and do not—establish
- Apple Music’s 13-song count and 51-minute duration describe the original soundtrack album, not every cue in the game.
- Zoe’s Mixtape is a distinct six-song collection, not another name for the original soundtrack.
- Confirmed trailer songs apply to the named trailer in their attribution; they should not be generalized to other trailers.
- The sources cited here do not establish a complete list of every in-game cue or whether the album covers every cue heard during play.
