The Bantam Blueprint currently has two documented acquisition routes in ARC Raiders: scavenging and the Research Station. There is no verified Bantam-specific map, room, container, or drop percentage. Raider Containers are a sensible general lead for weapon blueprints, but their Bantam connection is not confirmed. If you obtain the blueprint, extract with it, return to Speranza, select it, and choose Learn and Consume to unlock it.
How to find the Bantam Revolver Blueprint in ARC Raiders
The most reliable plan is to pursue both routes at the same time. Search normally for loot while collecting the materials and Research Points needed for the Research Station. Scavenging may produce the blueprint without a station investment, while the station gives you a defined resource target instead of asking you to rely entirely on random loot.

Neither route has a published success percentage. Do not treat the Research Station cost as an estimate of how many raids you will need, and do not treat Raider Containers as a measuredly superior farm.
The practical comparison is certainty versus preparation. Scavenging requires no listed Bantam-specific fee, but the result is random and the location is unknown. The station route gives you a stated target, but only after you have access to Research Station 1, enough Research Points, and the required Hornet Drivers. Since no source supplies comparative odds, choose based on your progression and what you are already doing in raids rather than on an invented “best” method.
Scavenging: how to search without chasing a fake guaranteed spawn
Use Raider Containers as a lead, not a promise
The general blueprint index says weapon and gun-part blueprints are generally found in Raider Containers. That is useful category-level guidance: when you are already making a loot run, Raider Containers deserve attention. It is not proof that a particular Raider Container contains the Bantam Blueprint, nor that one map has better Bantam odds.

A practical scavenging loop
- Enter a raid with enough inventory space to keep a blueprint if one appears.
- Search Raider Containers and other ordinary loot opportunities rather than abandoning a run to reach an unverified “Bantam room.”
- Keep track of the blueprint item itself. Finding a Bantam I revolver is not the same as finding the Bantam Blueprint.
- Extract with the blueprint. Possessing it in a raid is not the same as having learned it.
- Return to Speranza and use Learn and Consume before treating the weapon as unlocked.
This loop is deliberately map-agnostic. It remains useful when map layouts, container placements, or loot tables change, and it avoids turning an unverified community lead into a false farming guarantee.
Make each scavenging run count
Before deploying, decide whether the run is primarily for ordinary loot, Research Points, Hornet Drivers, or all three. That keeps you from making a risky detour solely because a player has posted an unverified coordinate. If a Raider Container is on your normal route, inspect it. If reaching it requires a long cross-map fight, the available information does not justify treating that detour as a proven Bantam investment.
Keep the blueprint distinguishable from other loot and leave room for it. Once it appears, the value of the run changes: preserving the item and reaching extraction matters more than squeezing in one additional container. There is no reported special Bantam extraction rule, so the ordinary requirement is simply to survive and complete the extraction with the item.

What not to infer from a lucky drop
- One blueprint found in a Raider Container does not establish that every container on that map can drop Bantam.
- A run that produces no blueprint does not prove the route is disabled; no Bantam-specific rate is published.
- A weapon found in loot does not prove the blueprint is in the same loot table.
- A guide’s suggested route is not a measured comparison of maps unless it supplies attributable data, and the current evidence does not.
- A screenshot of a container or map marker does not establish a permanent spawn, especially in a live-service game where placements and loot tables can change.
Research Station: the controlled alternative

The Bantam item page lists the Research Station route as follows:

These are community-wiki recipe details, not a permanent guarantee. Open your current Research Station and confirm the displayed requirement before spending or trading materials. Live-service recipes can be changed without matching an older guide.
Step-by-step station route
- Reach Research Station 1 in your progression.
- Accumulate Research Points through the Research system and retain at least the amount shown for the Bantam entry.
- Collect 8 Hornet Drivers.
- Open the station’s blueprint choices and inspect the Bantam entry. Confirm that the station still displays the same cost.
- Commit the required points and materials only after checking that you are selecting the blueprint, not a different Bantam-related item.
- After the unlock is granted, return to Speranza and learn the blueprint with Learn and Consume.
The station route is more predictable in preparation than scavenging because it gives you a resource target. It still depends on the current station offering the Bantam entry and on your ability to earn the required Research Points and Hornet Drivers.
How to budget for the station
Think of 3,000 Research Points and 8 Hornet Drivers as a checklist, not as a guaranteed total for every future version of the game. Track the points and material separately so that a full points balance does not create a false sense that the recipe is ready. If the live station shows a different amount, the in-game display is the value to follow.
Do not spend the Hornet Drivers on the assumption that the Bantam entry will remain available indefinitely unless the station confirms it. First open the station, verify the entry and cost, then commit. If the entry is absent, keep the materials and check whether your station level or another visible progression condition is preventing access. The item page reports no current quest or project reward for the Bantam Blueprint, so do not wait for a named quest reward that is not shown in your client.
How the Research system changes your planning
In a September 2026 report, executive producer Aleksander Grøndal described Research as a way to reduce the need to chase a desired blueprint purely through random drops:
“Instead of necessarily having to just chase RNG to get the blueprint you want, there is a system that is called research, where you can find items in the world that contain a number of research points, and using those, you can actually choose which research that you want to have, and that includes a number of blueprints as well.”
The statement describes the broader system, not a Bantam-specific guarantee. The current Bantam page separately lists the Research Station recipe, so the practical implication is to gather Research Points while you scavenge rather than treating the routes as mutually exclusive. The earlier report said the available blueprint list and unlock difficulty were unclear at preview time; use the live in-game station as the authority for what is currently selectable.
This also explains why a mixed plan is efficient. A raid that does not produce the blueprint can still move you toward the station requirement, while a raid that does produce it gives you the direct item. There is no published figure for how many Research Points a particular world item contains, so do not promise yourself a fixed number of raids. Concentrate on the total shown by your station and update your tally after each successful run.
When to favor the station
- You already have Research Station 1 and are close to 3,000 Research Points.
- You can obtain 8 Hornet Drivers without sacrificing a more urgent upgrade.
- You prefer a stated resource target over repeated unmeasured loot attempts.
- You want a route that can be checked directly in a menu instead of relying on an unconfirmed map callout.
When to keep scavenging
- You have not unlocked Research Station 1.
- Your current inventory lacks Hornet Drivers or you are far from the Research Point requirement.
- You are already running raids for other objectives and can inspect Raider Containers at no additional route cost.
- The live station does not currently display the Bantam entry and you do not have a confirmed prerequisite to clear.
Do not confuse the Bantam weapon with its blueprint
One third-party guide reports that the Bantam I revolver itself can be purchased from Tian Wen, obtained at tier 4 of the Frozen Trail Reward Pass, or found in loot. Those are weapon-acquisition routes. They do not establish a route for the Bantam Blueprint.
The Frozen Trail context is current as of the available 2026 information: Embark says the event went live on October 8, 2026, and identifies Pendola Pass as the new map. Pass tiers, vendor inventories, prices, and rotations are time-sensitive. Check your own in-game vendor and pass screens rather than using the weapon’s availability as evidence that its blueprint should appear there.
If your goal is simply to use a Bantam I immediately, the weapon and blueprint questions are different. If your goal is to craft or retain the unlock through progression, you need the blueprint and must learn it in Speranza.

Likewise, a Reward Pass tier that grants a Bantam I is not evidence that the same tier grants a blueprint unless your current pass screen explicitly says so.
What to do after you obtain the blueprint
Extract before trying to learn it
A blueprint found during a raid is still loot until you leave successfully. Avoid unnecessary fights after picking it up, make extraction your priority, and verify that the blueprint is present after the raid resolves. The available instructions do not establish a special Bantam extraction condition; the important distinction is that the item must survive the raid.
Learn it in Speranza
- Return to Speranza with the Bantam Blueprint in your possession.
- Open the blueprint or progression interface where your unlearned blueprints are listed.
- Select the Bantam Blueprint.
- Choose Learn and Consume.
- Confirm the unlock and check that the blueprint is no longer sitting in your inventory as an unused item.
The “Consume” wording is significant: learning the blueprint uses up the blueprint item. Do not expect to keep a spare copy after confirming the action.
If the interface does not show the Bantam after extraction, first verify that the raid completed successfully and that you are looking at unlearned blueprints rather than the weapon inventory. Do not discard another copy or spend resources until you know whether the first copy was consumed. The essential sequence remains extraction, Speranza, selection, and Learn and Consume.
Troubleshooting common Bantam Blueprint problems
“I searched Raider Containers and found nothing.”
That result is consistent with the available evidence. No Bantam-specific drop rate or guaranteed container is published. Continue normal scavenging or switch effort toward the Research Station instead of assuming a particular map is required.
“The Research Station does not show the Bantam entry.”
Confirm that you are at Research Station 1 or higher as required by the listed recipe, then check the current station choices. The item page’s recipe is community-maintained and may not reflect a live change, rotation, prerequisite, or temporary availability rule.
“I have Research Points but cannot start the recipe.”
The listed recipe requires both 3,000 Research Points and 8 Hornet Drivers. Having the points alone is insufficient if the station is still asking for the material or if your station level is below 1.
“I found Bantam I, but the blueprint is still missing.”
The weapon and blueprint use separate acquisition paths. A vendor purchase, Reward Pass reward, or loot find for Bantam I does not unlock or prove ownership of the Bantam Blueprint.

Extraction and learning are separate steps. Return to Speranza and complete Learn and Consume; merely carrying the blueprint or viewing it does not complete the unlock.
“The displayed cost differs from 3,000 points and 8 Hornet Drivers.”
Use the live Research Station display as the current value. The published recipe is a community-tracked snapshot, while the game can change requirements. Avoid spending based on an older number copied from a guide.
“A guide names a specific map as the best farm. Should I follow it?”
Only as an unconfirmed lead. The reviewed Bantam information supplies no measured map advantage, drop table, or success percentage. If the location is already on your route, searching it is reasonable; do not treat the claim as a guaranteed or statistically superior farm.

For a new character, scavenging may be the only immediately available route while station progression is still locked. For an established character, the station can turn a vague search into a visible checklist. - Set a resource target. If the live recipe matches the community-listed requirement, track 3,000 Research Points and 8 Hornet Drivers separately.
- Loot opportunistically. Search Raider Containers during ordinary raids, but do not detour to an unverified map coordinate.

What happens when I select Learn and Consume?
The blueprint item is consumed and the unlock is learned in Speranza. Do not expect the same blueprint copy to remain in your inventory after confirmation.
Is there a special extraction requirement for Bantam?
