US users can search medication discounts in Samsung Health’s Medications tracker, save an eligible coupon to Samsung Wallet, and present it at checkout. Samsung says searches cover more than 70,000 pharmacies, but availability is limited to participating pharmacies; that figure does not guarantee a discount for a particular prescription or location.
How to use the Samsung Health discount feature
Samsung Electronics America announced the feature for US users on March 3, 2026. The company describes this general flow:
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
- Open the Medications tracker in Samsung Health.
- Search for discounts for a medication.
- Select an available coupon and save it to Samsung Wallet.
- Present the coupon through Samsung Wallet at checkout at a participating pharmacy.
Samsung’s announcement says, “Once added, use Samsung Wallet at checkout to receive immediate savings.” This is Samsung’s description of how the feature is intended to work, not a guarantee of a particular saving. Samsung’s public materials do not specify exact menu labels, minimum app versions, or a supported-device list. For the current interface and availability, check the apps on your device.
What the 70,000-pharmacy figure means
Samsung says users can search discounts at more than 70,000 pharmacies. Its announcement qualifies that availability as limited to participating pharmacies. The figure is not a promise that every pharmacy, medication, or prescription qualifies.

The announcement does not name the coupon provider or publish a list of participating locations or eligible medicines. It also does not state a dollar amount, average saving, or percentage discount. Check the coupon’s terms and the price the pharmacy quotes for your prescription before deciding how to pay.
Check how the coupon applies to your purchase
Samsung’s announcement does not explain whether a coupon can be combined with insurance or how its price compares with an insurance copay. Ask the pharmacist how the coupon applies to your specific transaction, and compare the checkout price with the price available through your plan. Do not assume the coupon will lower the cost or can be used alongside insurance.

Samsung describes its Medications feature as a way to manage medication lists and schedules, with reminders and drug information.
