After choosing a restaurant, open the official online ordering menu and select that location. The menu organizes dishes into categories such as limited-time items, nigiri, rolls, hand rolls, gunkan, soup and noodles, sides, desserts, and drinks. Item listings show displayed prices, and some can show whether a dish is out of stock.

What to expect from the Kura Sushi experience
Kura describes its U.S. restaurants as technology-enabled revolving sushi restaurants. According to the company overview, guests can use a tablet to order, and the mascot Mutenmaru appears on the tablet and rewards guests after they insert 15 sushi plates. This is the company’s description of its plate-drop prize feature; check with the restaurant if you have questions about how it works during your visit.
