How to Find Every “Nomad Recording” Location in ARC Raiders (What’s Actually Verified)

There is no verified ARC Raiders feature called “Nomad Recording” in the available game guides. The sources that mention Nomads describe two quests—A Path Not Yours and Clean Hands—but do not identify any recording, audio log, or collectible locations. The locations listed below are therefore quest objectives, not a complete recording route.

What “Nomad Recording” currently refers to

The phrase “Nomad Recording Location” does not match a confirmed quest or collectible name in the available ARC Raiders coverage. The evidence does not establish whether it means a named quest, an audio log, a collectible, or another in-game feature. Without that identification, a list claiming to contain every recording location would be guesswork.

Two Nomad-related quests do appear consistently in the available guides. Their objectives include several named places, but none of the cited pages says that those places contain recordings.

Quest Verified Nomad objectives What is not verified
A Path Not Yours Find the Nomad trail under Highway Collapse, follow trail markers to a hideout, and find Bilguun’s gift at a buried cache. No recording, audio log, or “Nomad Recording” collectible is identified.
Clean Hands On Pendola Pass, visit the Nomad Camp under the Railyard, the Equatorial Sundial, and the Old Town church, then deliver the objective to the Nomadic Envoy. No source links any of those objectives to a recording.

The quest details for A Path Not Yours are described by TroubleChute’s quest walkthrough and the ARC Raiders Wiki entry. The route for Clean Hands is listed in the ARC Raiders Wiki and explained by PC Gamer’s walkthrough.

The Nomad locations that are actually documented

A Path Not Yours: Highway Collapse, the hideout and the buried cache

This Nomadic Envoy quest begins with the Nomad trail under Highway Collapse. Its objectives then direct you to follow trail markers to a hideout and locate Bilguun’s gift in a buried cache. Those are the locations supported by the quest descriptions.

Nothing in the cited quest guide or wiki entry identifies an audio recording at the trail, hideout, or cache. Treating any of them as a recording location would add a claim that the sources do not make.

Clean Hands: Pendola Pass, Railyard, Equatorial Sundial and Old Town church

Clean Hands is also described as a Nomadic Envoy quest. Its listed objectives take place on Pendola Pass and include a Nomad Camp beneath the Railyard, an Equatorial Sundial, and the Old Town church. The final objective is delivery to the Nomadic Envoy.

These places are quest waypoints. The available walkthroughs do not label them as recordings or state that an audio collectible can be picked up there.

Why quest objectives cannot be presented as recording locations

A quest waypoint proves only that the location is relevant to that quest. It does not prove that the game contains a recording there, that the recording is required for the quest, or that the location belongs in a collectible checklist.

  • The Nomad trail under Highway Collapse is evidence of a trail objective, not a recording spawn.
  • The hidden hideout and buried cache are evidence of objectives in A Path Not Yours, not named audio-log locations.
  • The Railyard camp, Equatorial Sundial and Old Town church are evidence of Clean Hands objectives, not proof of recordings.

Quest dialogue reproduced in a wiki search result also does not establish that the title refers to recordings. A recording guide needs a source that explicitly connects the collectible or audio entry to each location.

How to identify the intended feature before searching

If you are playing the game and saw the phrase in a screenshot, video, achievement, or community post, use the exact in-game wording to disambiguate it. The following checks prevent a quest route from being mistaken for a collectible guide.

  1. Record the exact name. Note capitalization, punctuation and whether the game calls it a recording, log, tape, message, collectible or quest.
  2. Determine the object type. Confirm whether it is a quest objective, an item that can be collected, an interactable object, or an audio entry that unlocks elsewhere.
  3. Capture the location text. Use the region, landmark and objective wording shown by the game rather than a community nickname.
  4. Match each location to direct evidence. A reliable list should have a guide, map entry or in-game objective that names the recording itself—not merely a nearby Nomad quest.
  5. Check completeness. Confirm how many recordings exist and whether the list covers every region, quest state or progression requirement. Without a total or catalog, “every” cannot be established.

Using an interactive map without assuming it proves the answer

Coe’s ARC Raiders Interactive Map advertises locations, loot and quest information. The available listing does not verify that the map contains entries for “Nomad Recording,” so it should be treated as a general reference rather than confirmation of a recording-location list.

If the map displays an entry with the exact recording name, compare that entry with an in-game description or a guide that identifies the same collectible. A generic marker for a Nomad camp, hideout or quest objective is not enough to establish a recording.

What a reliable complete guide would need

A publishable location list can be assembled once the feature is identified and each entry is sourced. It should include:

  • the official or exact in-game name of the recording feature;
  • the total number of recordings, if the game exposes one;
  • the map or region for every entry;
  • the landmark, objective or interaction that leads to each recording;
  • any progression, quest or access requirement;
  • a clear distinction between a recording pickup and a nearby Nomad quest location; and
  • a source that explicitly verifies each recording-location pair.

The current sources provide the Nomad quest locations but none of those recording-specific details. That is why they cannot support a complete “every location” route.

Current answer for players

You can use the Highway Collapse trail, its hideout and buried cache for A Path Not Yours, and the Pendola Pass objectives for Clean Hands. Do not mark them as Nomad recording locations unless the game or a source explicitly identifies a recording at the same spot.

Until “Nomad Recording” is confirmed as a named ARC Raiders feature and its entries are documented, the accurate answer is that no verified complete location list is available.
