To complete Egging You On in current Series 6 guidance, fast-travel to the 7-Eleven Car Meet/Evolving World venue in Nangan, switch to Horizon Solo, and slowly drive through the store frontage, car-meet grounds, parking spaces and nearby fields. Run over each oversized egg-sandwich prop and watch the live counter; completion occurs when it reaches 20. The activity awards 3 Festival Playlist points and the Forza Link phrase “Nothin but net!”.

What “Egging You On” requires

Egging You On is a Collectibles activity in the Forza Horizon 6 Festival Playlist. The current Series 6 instructions and recent playlist coverage set the objective at 20 oversized egg sandwiches. These are physical props placed around one venue, not a numbered sequence that appears in a fixed order. You complete the activity by driving through them until the in-game progress counter reaches its target.

An older Steam community result lists 15 sandwiches. That figure does not match the current Series 6 guidance, so it should be treated as legacy or version-specific information rather than the number to pursue now. The live counter displayed by your game is the authority for your session.

Where the collectibles are located

Use the Nangan 7-Eleven venue

Open the world map and select the large 7-Eleven Car Meet/Evolving World globe in Nangan. The venue is on Nangan’s eastern, coastal side, close to the Konbini Dash Speed Trap. Fast travel directly to that globe instead of starting from a distant race or road; the collectibles are concentrated around the venue and its immediate surroundings.

Why the map label can be confusing

The official playlist entry confirms the activity and its reward, but it displays a conflicting “Horizon Stadium” location string. Current practical guides consistently place the objects at the Nangan 7-Eleven Car Meet/Evolving World site. If the playlist text and the physical map seem to disagree, use the Nangan venue, the nearby Konbini Dash Speed Trap and the on-screen collectible counter as your field references.

Prepare before you start searching

  • Choose Horizon Solo: Entering Solo, when the option is available, keeps other players from racing through the same parking lots and obscuring your view or collecting props at the same time.
  • Use a controllable car: Pick a vehicle that is easy to steer at low speed. The task rewards careful coverage, not top speed.
  • Turn your attention to the surroundings: Keep the camera and driving line aimed at the ground-level spaces around the store, meet area and fields. The objects are spread across the venue rather than arranged along one road.
  • Watch the HUD: Leave enough screen space to notice the progress change after each group of sandwiches. The counter is more reliable than memory.

Step-by-step route for all 20 sandwiches

  1. Open the map. Locate Nangan and highlight the 7-Eleven Car Meet/Evolving World globe near the Konbini Dash Speed Trap.
  2. Fast-travel to the globe. Arrive at the venue rather than merely driving past the speed trap. The search area includes the property and nearby open ground.
  3. Switch to Horizon Solo. If the session is currently shared, change to Solo before beginning your sweep so traffic from other players is less likely to interfere.
  4. Start at the convenience-store frontage. Drive slowly around the front and sides of the store, crossing every accessible lane and edge instead of making one fast pass.
  5. Cover the adjacent car meet. Loop through the meet grounds and around display or gathering spaces. Use short, overlapping passes so a prop beside a turn is not skipped.
  6. Search every parking space and entrance. Follow the rows, pull-through lanes and edges of the parking areas. Change direction at the end of each row to create a deliberate grid.
  7. Extend the loop into nearby fields. The placement is not limited to paved areas. Drive the adjacent fields and open patches that touch the venue, keeping your speed low enough to see each oversized sandwich.
  8. Drive directly through each prop. Line up the car with the sandwich and pass over it. Do not assume that brushing a nearby curb or parking line counts; look for the counter to change.
  9. Check progress after every cluster. Pause briefly after a group of objects and read the live counter. This identifies which part of the route produced progress and prevents you from relying on a mental tally.
  10. Repeat the perimeter once. After the first full circuit, make a second, slower loop in the opposite direction. Reversing direction changes your sightline around buildings, parked cars and field edges.
  11. Stop when the counter reaches 20. The tracker, not a guide’s printed number, determines completion for your current playlist rotation. Once it reaches the target, the Collectibles activity should complete.

How to search each part of the venue

Store frontage and side lanes

Begin with the convenience-store building because it gives you a fixed reference point. Trace the frontage, then circle the sides and rear-facing edges that connect to the meet and parking areas. Keep loops tight enough that your car passes close to the building, but wide enough to reveal props placed just beyond the pavement.

Car-meet grounds

The Evolving World/car-meet section contains open space and traffic paths that can look empty when approached at speed. Use slow arcs around the grounds, then make a cross-pass through the center. If another player is present, Solo is preferable; in a shared session, a moving player can make it harder to tell whether a prop has already been collected.

Parking areas

Treat parking as a grid. Drive each row from one end to the other, turn around, and return along the next row. Check the outer boundary after the inner rows because a sandwich at the edge can be hidden by the camera angle when you are turning.

Nearby fields and open ground

Finish by following the roads or paths that border the venue into the adjacent fields. Sweep in parallel lines, then circle back along the boundary. These areas are easy to omit if you assume the activity ends at the store’s paved lot.

Use the tracker as your completion authority

The on-screen counter is the only dependable way to know whether a sandwich registered. A visual pass can miss an object, and a prop may be hidden behind a turn or another piece of scenery. Check the number after each group, especially when crossing from the store to the meet or from the parking lots into the fields.

If the counter advances, continue from your current position rather than restarting the whole route. If it stops advancing, mark the zone you just searched and move to a different section. This turns the counter into a route log: you can identify the areas already producing progress and concentrate later passes on the unconfirmed spaces.

Stuck at 19/20? Recover the missing collectible

Being one short normally means that one prop was overlooked during a sweep, not that the activity requires a different hidden objective. Use a reset loop rather than repeatedly circling the same few parking spaces.

  1. Record the current count. Confirm that the tracker is one below the current target and that the activity has not already completed.
  2. Leave the venue. Drive away from the 7-Eleven area or return home. The documented reset method relies on leaving the local area before returning.
  3. Fast-travel back. Reopen the map, select the Nangan 7-Eleven Car Meet/Evolving World globe and travel to it again.
  4. Search in a new order. Start with the zone you covered least carefully, then perform a complete slow loop through the store, car meet, parking areas and fields. Do not limit the return visit to the place where you think the missing prop was.
  5. Watch for the final counter change. Drive directly through each candidate and pause after contact. Continue until the tracker reaches the target and the activity completion appears.

The return trip is also useful when a first sweep was interrupted by traffic, a route marker or a camera angle. Respawning the local activity objects gives you a clean opportunity to rescan the entire footprint.

Choose the approach that fits your session

Approach Advantages Trade-offs Best use
Horizon Solo Fewer competing players and a clearer view of the venue. Requires changing the session mode before searching. Preferred for a first attempt or a precise final sweep.
Shared Horizon Life No session change; you can begin immediately. Other players may pass through the same objects and make visual checking harder. Convenient when you are already at the venue and traffic is light.
One complete sweep Fastest when you maintain a careful grid over every zone. Easy to miss an edge or field prop if you drive too quickly. A controlled first pass with frequent counter checks.
Repeated respawn loops Refreshes the area after an incomplete pass and supports a different search order. Takes longer because you must leave and fast-travel back. Best response to a 19/20 result or an interrupted sweep.
Visual-only counting Feels quick when objects are close together. Memory and camera angles are unreliable; there is no proof that every contact registered. Use only as a supplementary aid.
Tracker-confirmed searching Shows whether each group actually advanced the activity. Requires pausing to read the HUD. Use for the entire hunt and especially the final missing object.

Why guides show different totals

The 20-sandwich objective comes from current Series 6 guidance and current community playlist information. A separate older Steam community result reports 15. Because the activity is tied to a rotating playlist, an older number may describe a previous version or an earlier configuration. It should not override the count shown in your current game.

Number reported How to interpret it What to do
20 Current Series 6 guidance and recent playlist coverage. Use the live tracker and continue until it reaches this target.
15 Older Steam community information; version or rotation context is not established. Treat it as legacy and do not stop early if your tracker is still incomplete.

If your in-game counter differs from either published number, follow the counter and the Festival Playlist screen for your service region. A live activity state can take precedence over a static guide.

Reward and availability window

Finishing the activity grants 3 Festival Playlist points and unlocks the Forza Link/QuickChat phrase “Nothin but net!”. Current guides date this Autumn activity from October 15 through October 22, 2026. A community playlist post identifies the rotation point as October 22 at 14:30 UTC. The exact expiry shown in your game can vary by service region, so check the Festival Playlist screen before planning a final attempt.

Common mistakes and quick fixes

  • Stopping at the store: The search footprint includes the car-meet grounds, parking spaces and nearby fields. Extend the loop beyond the building.
  • Driving too fast: Speed makes small props and edge placements easy to miss. Use low-speed overlapping passes.
  • Assuming a near miss counted: Drive directly through the sandwich and verify a counter change.
  • Trusting a 15-object guide: Older information can conflict with the current rotation. Follow the live target in your game.
  • Repeating an unchanged loop at 19/20: Leave the area, return by fast travel and search in a different order.
  • Ignoring session traffic: Move to Horizon Solo when possible so other players do not obscure your sweep.
  • Using the playlist location text alone: The official entry has a conflicting “Horizon Stadium” string. Navigate to the Nangan 7-Eleven globe near the Konbini Dash Speed Trap and verify with the tracker.

Final completion checklist

  • You are at the Nangan 7-Eleven Car Meet/Evolving World globe near the Konbini Dash Speed Trap.
  • Your route covers the store frontage, car-meet grounds, every parking area and the bordering fields.
  • You are driving directly through each oversized egg-sandwich prop at a controllable speed.
  • You read the counter after each group instead of relying on a visual tally.
  • You have switched to Horizon Solo if shared-session traffic is making the route unclear.
  • If the first pass is incomplete, you have left the area and fast-traveled back before rescanning.
  • The tracker has reached 20 and the activity completion has appeared.
