“Casino Island” in How to Fish can mean two different places. The ordinary casino is the fourth campaign destination: a guide says to defeat the Pufferfish, get the island coordinates, and sail north. A separate, title-matching guide describes a hidden offshore developer island marked by a red map blip and a roofed casino. If you’re following the hidden-island clue, don’t mistake the campaign route for a confirmed way to reach it.

What the hidden red-blip clue means
The guide focused on the hidden island says that a red map blip appears offshore during late-game play and describes the location as having a roofed casino. That clue is the relevant lead if you mean the secret developer island rather than the campaign’s fourth destination.

The same guide reports that an older attempt to cross to the island no longer works in the build it identifies as version 1.0.4, even when the mutated whale follows the boat.
