To start a bounty hunt in Cattle Country, check for a Wanted Poster at the Sheriff’s building, accept the bounty, and search the wilderness for the wanted bandit. After taking down the target, return to Sheriff Tom to claim your reward. Bandit camps and store robberies are separate encounters with different discovery triggers.
How to start and complete a bounty hunt
- Go to the Sheriff’s building. Look for a Wanted Poster and pick up a bounty.
- Search the wilderness. Head out to find the wanted bandit and take them down.
- Return to Sheriff Tom. Go back after the target is down to claim the reward.
That is the official guidance for the bounty loop. It does not provide map coordinates, named regions, target-specific clues, or a special tracking interface, so there is no confirmed coordinate route or tracking feature to follow.

How to find bandit camps
Bandit camps are discovered by exploring the overworld. Playtonic says camps can appear as you explore and may contain plunder, but it does not publish fixed camp locations or a schedule that guarantees when one will appear. Keep exploring rather than relying on a particular map marker or time.

How store robberies differ from bounties
Random robberies and shootouts may break out at these businesses:

- Beware of Bandits: Watch out for nefarious plots and shady characters. Protect your homestead and your community.
- Rodeos to Romance: With 18 romanceable characters, take a chance and grab love by the reigns.
- Buried Treasure: Look for it! From precious metals and minerals to bandit stashes. Grab your pickaxe and venture out into the thrill of prospecting.
- Track game in the wild: Hunt to eat or venture out to see all the nature's wonders as there are many critters waiting in the woodlands for a keen advernturer!

- Bank
These are described as random incidents, separately from Wanted Posters and bounty hunting. A robber at one of these businesses is not necessarily a bounty target.
