Start at Mushroom Village Gate to enter Glutted Mire. The region names and Beacons are the clearest route markers: travel toward Seeping Mire, then continue to Sunken Village before heading for the boss arena. Activate the Seeping Mire and Sunken Village Beacons if you reach them.

Magdalena is identified as being in the Corrupted Gate area of Glutted Mire.
