Do not compare those estimates as if the controllers were tested in the same game, at the same temperature, with identical wireless activity, brightness, audio, or feedback settings. The figures are useful expectations for each product, not a controlled cross-brand benchmark.
Turn the controller off instead of leaving it idle

Charging practices: what helps and what does not
