Run Save power for routine optimization
The ColorOS 14.0 manual describes Optimize battery usage > Save power as a one-tap option that detects power-consumption issues and helps extend battery life. The exact path may differ on ColorOS 16.5; search Settings for “Save power” if you cannot find it.

Use Sleep standby optimization only if delayed notifications are acceptable
The manual says Sleep standby optimization puts the phone into a low-power state during sleep and reduces push-notification frequency. That tradeoff may mean some notifications arrive less often overnight.
Turn on Super Power Saving Mode when charge is critically low
For ColorOS 16 and above, OPPO Support gives the path Settings > Battery > Super power saving mode. OPPO says the mode lets you use “only six applications of your choice” and applies additional power-saving strategies, including processor-frequency scaling and screen-brightness adjustment. Because normal app access is restricted, reserve it for times when preserving remaining charge matters more than using the phone normally.

Reduce screen and background demand selectively
Lower screen brightness when practical and avoid display or connectivity features you are not using. These are general smartphone measures; OPPO’s cited material does not establish a specific F35 Pro menu path for every adjustment or quantify how many extra hours any one change will provide.
Before limiting background activity for an app, consider whether it needs to deliver timely notifications or perform work while you are not using it. Restrictions can delay notifications or change app behavior. Use the battery-usage screen to guide decisions rather than applying broad restrictions without a clear reason.

What OPPO’s battery figures do—and do not—tell you
OPPO India lists the CPH2829 battery at 8,000 mAh typical and 7,780 mAh rated, with corresponding energy figures of 31.36 Wh typical and 30.50 Wh rated. These are capacity specifications, not a prediction of how long a particular person’s phone will last.

OPPO also says its claim that the battery retains at least 80% capacity after six years comes from laboratory simulation at 25 ± 2 °C. That result is not a guarantee for every owner, because actual outcomes differ with test conditions and usage habits.
When settings are not enough
If you expect to be away from an outlet for a long stretch, a USB-C power bank can provide charging access; it does not reduce the phone’s power use. Check the power bank’s output and compatibility for your needs. The available specifications do not establish that a generic power bank will deliver OPPO SUPERVOOC charging speeds.
