To export recent monitoring values in Wachete, select up to 20 monitors in the monitors view and click Export. Wachete’s Excel file contains the last 100 values for each selected monitor. For a date range or more results, use the Wachete API’s paginated data-list endpoint; for a URL inventory rather than historical values, use Profile → Account → Export monitored URLs.
Choose the export that matches what you need
| Goal | Wachete action | What it contains |
|---|---|---|
| Recent historical values | Select monitors in the monitors view and choose Export | Excel file with the last 100 values for each selected monitor; up to 20 monitors per export. Wachete FAQ |
| Account-wide URL inventory | Profile → Account → Export monitored URLs | Excel file of all monitored URLs; the FAQ says it includes a Dynamic Monitor column. This is an inventory, not a history of observed values. Wachete FAQ |
| Monitor definitions for reuse | Select monitors, click Edit, then use Export in the multi-edit window | Text containing monitor URLs and names, which can be pasted into the multi-edit text box to import monitors again. Wachete FAQ |
| Older date range or additional batches | Use the API data-list endpoint | Values retrievable with optional date bounds and continuation-token pagination. Wachete API documentation |
Export the latest values to Excel
- Open the Wachete monitors view.
- Use the checkbox at the lower right of each monitor row to select the monitors you want. The documented export supports up to 20 selected monitors at a time.
- Click Export at the top of the view.
- Open the generated Excel file and check the values for each monitor.
The documented selected-monitor export contains the last 100 values per monitor. Wachete does not establish in its FAQ that this UI action exports every value retained for a monitor, so do not treat the spreadsheet as a complete archival export when older records matter. Wachete FAQ

Export a URL list or reusable monitor definitions
Download all monitored URLs
To save the account’s URL inventory, go to Profile → Account → Export monitored URLs. Wachete describes the downloaded Excel file as including all URLs and a Dynamic Monitor column. It is useful for inventory or account review, but it is not the historical series of values recorded by monitors. Wachete FAQ
Export selected monitor definitions
In the monitors view, select the relevant monitors and click Edit to open the multi-edit window. Choose its Export action to get a text list of URLs and monitor names. Wachete says that text can be pasted into the multi-edit text box to import monitors again; it should not be confused with the Excel history export. Wachete FAQ

Retrieve a date range or more values through the API
Wachete documents this data-list route for a monitor’s content values:

The API documentation describes bearer-token authentication, with the token obtained through the API login endpoint using credentials available from your Wachete profile. It also documents these query parameters:
The Tool Desk
Outbyte PC Repair FREEClear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFree Scan →Outbyte Driver Updater FREEFix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →fromandto: optional ISO-format date-time bounds for limiting results.returnDiff=true: requests differences rather than only values.continuationToken: requests the next batch of results.
See Wachete’s API documentation for the login flow and the exact request format. The documentation establishes retrieval options, but does not provide a complete copy-and-run export script or confirm that API retrieval bypasses plan-based retention. It also does not specify a spreadsheet export format for API results.

Account for retention and timestamp meaning
Wachete advertises up to 12 months of history, with the exact retention depending on plan. This is a Wachete product claim, not an independently measured figure. Check your plan and the records available in your account before relying on an export as a long-term archive. Wachete compliance information
Wachete distinguishes the time a monitor was last checked from the time its content last changed. A check time does not prove the page changed at that moment. The reviewed documentation does not specify the timezone or exact timestamp columns included in each export, so verify those details in your downloaded file before comparing timestamps across systems. Common export problems and what to check
- The file has URLs but no value history. You likely chose Export monitored URLs or the multi-edit export. Use the monitors-view Export action for recent observed values.
- You cannot select more than 20 monitors for a values export. Wachete documents a limit of up to 20 per selected-monitor export. Export separate groups, or investigate API retrieval for broader or date-filtered collection.
- The Excel file does not include older records you expected. The UI export is documented as containing the last 100 values per selected monitor. Use the API’s date parameters and continuation token to request additional data, while keeping plan retention in mind.
- Your API results stop before the desired range is complete. Check whether the response supplies a continuation token and request the next batch as described in Wachete’s API documentation.
- A timestamp looks like a content change when it may only be a check. Distinguish last checked from last changed; those are different events in Wachete’s interface.
