- Open Missions. Review daily, weekly, achievement, progression and any special mission tabs. Open each reward preview and look for a Ruby icon or a text entry that specifies “Ruby (Free).” Note the requirement, reset timer and whether the reward must be tapped manually.
- Open Events. Check every active event, including check-in calendars, celebration pages and operation-style activities. Read the event period, participation rules and claim button. Some pages show progress first and make the reward claimable only after you return to the event screen.

At each login
- Collect any displayed login reward before entering another mode.
- Open Missions and clear tasks that already match your normal progression; avoid wasting resources solely to chase an unverified Ruby amount.
- Open Events and claim completed milestones manually.
- Read new mailbox messages and note their expiry.
When an event is active
- Read the start and end time in UTC or convert it to your time zone.

Take a screenshot of the event title, dates, reward list and account status when you first see an offer. If support is needed later, those details show what was displayed and when. Never share passwords, one-time codes or payment information with a third-party “Ruby generator.” A legitimate free claim should be explainable by the in-game panel or an official Netmarble page.
Why a fixed daily Ruby figure is not available
The official materials currently available describe the game’s reward systems and specific dated promotions, but they do not publish a complete, current table of Ruby amounts and reset cadences for daily missions, weekly missions, stages, achievements or competitive modes. The mission is complete but no Rubies appeared
Return to the mission page and look for a separate Claim button. Then check your mailbox, currency balance and the mission’s expiry time. Restarting the app can refresh a delayed display, but do not repeat a paid action merely because the balance is not immediately visible.
The shop event is not visible
Check the URL, account sign-in and region. The currently listed page is Indonesian, so a different country or server may not receive the same event. Confirm the UTC window has not ended and look for an in-game announcement that links to the promotion.
The amount is lower than a headline
Read whether the headline says “up to,” identifies a maximum prize or describes a draw. The Lucky Capsule’s 200,000 and 30,000 Ruby entries are possible outcomes, not guaranteed payouts. Launch and anniversary figures also belonged to dated campaigns.
