Redeem codes for the version you play
An independent Dicero.app guide distinguishes international players’ game version from WeChat Game, which is a separate channel with separate availability. A code that works for one version may fail in the other. Confirm your installed version and follow the current official redemption route for that channel; the independent guide describes using the official Habby redemption page for international players. - Identify your game channel. Check whether you play the international version or WeChat Game; do not assume a code supports both.
- Copy your in-game player or user ID. Use the ID shown in your own client and enter it carefully on the relevant official redemption page.
- Check the code details. Verify the code, server or version label, expiry, and listed reward at the time you redeem it.
- Submit through the correct route. Use the official route applicable to your channel, then check the game for the reward.
If redemption fails, the code may have expired, already been claimed, or be ineligible for your game version. An incorrect player ID, verification problem, or network issue can also prevent redemption, according to the independent guide. Keep free rewards separate from shop purchases
GamingOnPhone describes shop packs purchasable with Gems that can contain Keys. That is a shop route, not proof that the pack is free: Gems may themselves be a limited resource, and a purchase route should not be confused with earning a Key through gameplay or a code.
