YouTube does not make revenue reports available when Analytics is filtered to Live, so a live-performance CSV is not necessarily a revenue report. For finalized financial CSVs, a separate Studio Content Manager route is available only to Content Manager partners.
Download a creator revenue report in YouTube Studio
The Revenue tab is for YouTube Partner Program creators and can show earnings at channel or video level. The documented workflow is to export the supported Analytics view; the official guidance does not specify a separate report workflow for a channel that streams continuously.

- Sign in to YouTube Studio using an account with access to the channel.
- From the left menu, select Analytics.
- Open the channel-level or video-level report that fits the question. Use the Revenue tab for earnings data if it is available to your account.
- Open Advanced Mode or See More, then set the date range and other report options you need.
- Select Export current view and choose a file format to download the report.
Exports from Studio are limited to 500 rows. YouTube documents its Reporting API as an option for retrieving reports with more than 500 rows; API access does not mean every creator or every revenue field is automatically available. Why the Live filter may not show revenue
YouTube’s live-stream metrics guidance distinguishes live-performance data from revenue reporting: live-stream metrics can be downloaded as a CSV, but interaction and revenue reports are unavailable when Analytics is filtered to Live. If the Live-only view displays “This data is not available by live/on demand. Please select ‘Live & on demand’ or switch to a different report,” that is an availability limitation of the report view—not evidence that a live-only revenue export exists.

Use a Revenue view that supports export and read its scope carefully. If you need to analyze stream performance, use the live metrics export, but do not treat that file as an earnings statement. YouTube documents the distinction in See your live stream’s metrics.
Estimated Analytics earnings versus finalized earnings
Analytics earnings are estimates, not final settlement figures. Estimated earnings update daily with an approximately two-day delay, and they do not reflect invalid-activity adjustments in real time. As a result, a downloadable Analytics figure may differ from a later finalized figure.

YouTube says finalized creator earnings typically appear in YouTube Analytics between the 7th and 12th of the following month, after payments are added to AdSense for YouTube. For the account-level context and timing, see Check your YouTube Analytics data and Get started with YouTube Analytics.

This route applies only if you have access to Studio Content Manager; it is not a general channel-owner feature.
- Sign in to Studio Content Manager.
- Select Reports.
- Choose the report type and select a Weekly or Monthly view.
- Select the report version, then click the report name to download its CSV.
Generated reports remain available for 60 days before deletion. Financial reports are usually published between the 10th and 14th of each month. See Download reports in Studio Content Manager.
