On a compatible Samsung TV, open Home, select Art or Art Store, choose an artwork, and follow the on-screen controls to display it. Art Store access is limited to supported models and may require an internet connection, a Samsung account, acceptance of terms, and a paid membership for some works.
Check whether your Samsung TV supports Art Store
Art Store is not available on every Samsung smart TV. Samsung’s current US FAQ identifies The Frame TVs and OLED S95H as Art Mode models, while Samsung Australia documents access on select 2025 QLED models. Availability depends on the model year and region, so check the exact model against the local Samsung support page or user guide if you are unsure.

Display artwork on The Frame
- Connect and sign in. Connect the TV to the internet and sign in to a Samsung account. Accept the applicable Smart Hub and Art Store terms when prompted.
- Open Art. From the Home screen, move left to expand the TV menu and select Art. Browse categories or enter the Samsung Art Store. Menu wording may vary by region and software version.
- Choose an image. Select an artwork to view its details. Samsung Canada says choosing Preview displays the image full screen for 30 seconds. Select the available display or save option to keep or show the work.
- Subscribe if needed. To access paid catalog artwork, open My Art Store or Art Store, select Membership, choose an available plan, and complete checkout using the TV prompts. Some artwork is free, and membership is not required to display your own photos.
- Switch to Art Mode. While watching regular TV on The Frame, press Power once on the OneRemote to switch to Art Mode. Hold Power to turn the television fully off. Samsung says Art Mode cannot be permanently disabled on the Frame model covered by its guide.
- Adjust the display. Once the art is on screen, use the directional controls to access available options such as brightness, color tone, or matte and mount styling. The available settings depend on the model.
Samsung’s guides for The Frame in Canada and Art Mode on The Frame in the US cover these steps; labels and options can vary.

What you need, and what Art Store costs
- For Art Store: a supported TV, internet connection, Samsung account, and acceptance of relevant Smart Hub and Art Store terms. The terms include information about viewing history and personalized art recommendations.
- For paid catalog works: Samsung’s US FAQ currently lists membership at $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year, as stated by Samsung US in 2026. The FAQ says membership gives on-demand access to more than 5,000 works. These prices and catalog details are US-specific and can change; confirm the current offer for your location before subscribing.
- For free works or your own pictures: compatible TVs may offer selected free artwork, and displaying personal photos does not require Art Store membership.
For current US membership details, see Samsung’s Art TV FAQ. Samsung Australia’s regional support instructions list the account, network, and terms requirements.
Use personal photos instead of store artwork
Personal photos are a separate option from selecting artwork in the Samsung Art Store. On The Frame, Samsung documents adding photos through SmartThings or importing them from a USB storage device via My Collection. These methods display images you provide; they do not unlock the Art Store catalog. See Samsung’s Frame Art Mode instructions and Samsung’s US Art TV FAQ.

If Art or Art Store does not appear
First verify the TV’s exact model and regional support: a missing tile does not establish a universal fault, because support and menus vary by model, location, and software. Check the model-specific user guide or local Samsung support page for the correct menu path. The available official guidance does not establish one troubleshooting sequence that applies to every Samsung TV.
