Identify the account with its registered email address and enough information for FitnessKPI to locate the record. Do not send your password or unnecessary sensitive information.

Ask for written confirmation when the request is complete, which data will be deleted, and whether any data must be retained for legal reasons. FitnessKPI’s policy allows legally required retention, but does not state a response or deletion deadline.

Contact FitnessKPI client support at [email protected] and ask for the account-closure procedure. If the account belongs to a club or business, ask whether an authorized account administrator must submit the request, and whether closure covers operational records as well as personal data. The published pages do not specify a closure workflow or establish that a single deletion request removes every client-controlled or member-level record.
What FitnessKPI’s privacy policy says
Fitness Technologies, S.L. identifies itself as responsible for processing the personal data described in its General Privacy Policy, under the EU GDPR and Spain’s Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). The policy names a person’s name and surname, email address, and phone number; it does not clearly say whether these are the only data held for business clients or club members.

The policy says data are retained while a relationship with FitnessKPI continues or until deletion is requested, unless a legal requirement mandates retention. It also says data will be deleted securely once no longer necessary. It does not promise immediate deletion or specify how long a request takes to complete.

Questions, other rights, and complaints
For questions or suggestions about data protection, FitnessKPI lists its data protection officer at [email protected]; the policy asks you to put “FitnessKPI” in the subject line. Its policy also lists rights to access, rectify, restrict, or port personal data, and to object to processing. If you are dissatisfied, the policy names Spain’s Data Protection Authority (AEPD) as an authority you may contact.

For account-closure guidance, FitnessKPI’s contact page publishes the client-support address. The account portal and official site do not document a public self-service deletion route.
