To keep recorded Telugu exam lessons live on YouTube around the clock, use an eligible, verified channel and an encoder that can play your files in a continuous playlist. YouTube supplies the live-stream connection; the encoder supplies and repeats the lessons. You can run that encoder on a computer or use a cloud service. Before going live, confirm streaming eligibility, rights to every part of the recordings, stable upload capacity, and a restart plan.
What you need before starting
- An eligible YouTube channel: YouTube requires a verified channel with no live-streaming restriction in the preceding 90 days. Creators must be at least 16 to live stream. First-time live-stream activation can take up to 24 hours, so enable it well before your planned start. See YouTube’s live-streaming eligibility guidance.
- Lesson files and an encoder: Choose an encoder that supports your actual video and audio files and can play them continuously. YouTube’s setup instructions explain how to connect an encoder, but the encoder itself determines how to queue and repeat files; check its current documentation for playlist and looping controls.
- Streaming rights: Make sure you have the necessary rights to stream the lesson recordings and all included material, including music, slides, graphics, and exam questions. A copy of a file is not proof that you have permission to broadcast it.
- A reliable connection and monitoring plan: A computer-based encoder needs power and a stable internet connection for the entire broadcast. Have a way to notice and recover from interruptions.
Set up the 24/7 stream
- Enable live streaming. In YouTube Studio, follow the channel verification and live-stream activation prompts. Allow up to 24 hours for first-time activation to take effect.
- Create the stream in YouTube Studio. Open YouTube Studio, go to the Live Control Room, and create or schedule a stream. Copy the server URL and stream key shown for the stream.
- Protect the stream key. Enter it only in your encoder’s YouTube connection settings. Treat it like a password: anyone with access may be able to broadcast to your channel. Reset it in YouTube Studio if it is exposed.
- Build the lesson playlist in your encoder. Add the recordings in the order you want viewers to watch them, then enable continuous playback or looping using that encoder’s documented controls. Confirm the files play through to the next item and restart the playlist as intended; do not assume every encoder handles repeats the same way.
- Choose settings your connection can sustain. YouTube recommends RTMPS for the encoder connection. Select a resolution, frame rate, codec, and bitrate supported by your encoder and appropriate for the source lessons. Assess upload capacity against the stream bitrate and leave about 20% headroom, as YouTube recommends. See YouTube’s streaming tips.
- Preview before going public. Start with a private or unlisted test, check the Live Control Room’s stream-health feedback, and listen to the audio while watching the picture. Verify the watch page on a phone as well as a computer, then make the broadcast public when it is ready.
- Make the live stream understandable to students. Use a title and description that identify the exam, subject, and lesson series. Tell viewers how the playlist is organized and, if order matters, which lesson is currently playing. A pinned note or schedule can help students navigate, but it does not guarantee discovery or audience reach.
- Monitor and recover. Keep an eye on stream health, picture, and sound. Test what happens when the encoder or internet connection drops, and establish a restart procedure before relying on an unattended broadcast. YouTube recommends testing and monitoring; its network guidance also emphasizes adequate upload bandwidth.
Rights, Content ID, and YouTube rules
YouTube’s live-stream terms say the provider represents that it has all necessary rights to use the live content on Google services worldwide. That applies to more than the voice teaching the lesson: embedded songs, illustrations, slides, graphics, and third-party exam material can all raise rights issues.

YouTube scans live streams for third-party matches. If it detects material, it may replace the stream with a placeholder, interrupt it, or terminate it. Even licensed material can be interrupted if the rights owner has not allowlisted your channel through Content ID. Archived streams may also receive Content ID claims after the broadcast ends. Review YouTube’s guidance on live-stream content matching and obtain any needed permissions before streaming.

A channel with a live-streaming restriction cannot evade that restriction by switching to another channel. Check the current eligibility and policy guidance before scheduling a long broadcast.

What happens if you need replays?
YouTube says streams under 12 hours are automatically archived. Its guidance does not promise automatic archiving for one continuous broadcast longer than 12 hours, so do not assume a 24/7 stream will produce one complete replay. For replayable study material, publish the lessons separately or divide the live broadcast into shorter sessions, and verify the current archive behavior in YouTube’s encoder setup guidance.
