A free scan shows the junk files, broken settings and background clutter dragging Windows down - then fixes them in one click.Free scan · Windows 10 & 11To run Punjabi music videos continuously on YouTube, first secure permission for every video and its music, then prepare an eligible channel and use a video playout system connected to YouTube through a supported encoder workflow. A video being publicly available on YouTube does not give you permission to rebroadcast it, and a license alone may not stop an automated interruption: YouTube says licensed third-party content may still require the rights owner to add your channel to its Content ID allowlist.
1. Clear the rights before you build the stream
Do not start by collecting videos or configuring an encoder. Start with a rights inventory. Each music video can involve separate rights in the sound recording, the musical composition, and the audiovisual recording. Identify who controls each relevant right and get permission that covers the use you intend to make.

What to confirm with the rights holders
- That the permission covers a YouTube livestream, not just on-demand uploads, personal listening, or promotion.
- Which territories are covered, and whether the permission applies to the entire audience you intend to reach.
- Whether the stream may be archived or replayed after the live broadcast, and whether that archive has separate limits.
- Whether all components of each video are covered, including the recording, composition, and video rights.
- Whether the rights owner or its representative must add your channel to its Content ID allowlist.
YouTube Help says all live streams are scanned for third-party content. A match may replace the stream with a placeholder and prompt you to stop showing the content; if it remains, YouTube may interrupt or terminate the stream. YouTube Help also advises: “If you’ve licensed third-party content to use in your stream, ask the owner of the content to add your channel to their allowlist through Content ID.” Coordinate with the label, distributor, or other rights holders before launch. Allowlisting does not replace permission; it addresses the separate risk of an automated Content ID interruption.
2. Check that your channel can livestream
YouTube Help says a channel needs to be verified and must not have had a live-streaming restriction in the previous 90 days to livestream. The same help guidance sets the minimum age for livestreaming at 16. YouTube for Artists recommends enabling live streaming ahead of the planned broadcast, so check channel access well before your intended start rather than on launch day.

3. Build a continuous program feed
You need a playout setup that can select and play the videos in sequence and produce one continuous program feed for an encoder. YouTube documents encoder streaming as a way to broadcast events, including concerts, but its guidance does not prescribe a particular playlist application, server, or unattended 24/7 system. Choose a playout tool and encoder based on the media you are authorized to use and the ingestion protocol the encoder supports; verify their current compatibility before committing to a setup.
Organize the playlist and operating plan
- Use only files covered by your permissions, and keep a record connecting each file to its rights grant and any relevant territory or archive conditions.
- Prepare the intended sequence and decide what the playout system should do when it reaches the end. Confirm its looping behavior rather than assuming it will repeat automatically.
- Assign someone to monitor the encoder output and YouTube’s live dashboard and to respond to a dropped feed or rights notice. The official material does not establish a guaranteed unattended operating method or uptime.
- Test the full path in a controlled setup before making the broadcast public. Check that the intended video and audio reach YouTube and that the operator can see and respond to dashboard alerts.
4. Choose an encoder ingestion protocol
YouTube’s developer guidance documents RTMPS, HLS, and DASH for encoder ingestion. There is no universal best choice established for this use case: the encoder must support the protocol, and its output must meet that protocol’s current media and connection requirements.

| Protocol | What the documented workflow involves | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| RTMPS | RTMP carried over an SSL connection. | Confirm that the encoder supports YouTube’s current RTMPS workflow and connection requirements. |
| HLS | Media playlists and segments, with protocol-specific format and delivery requirements. | Use YouTube’s current HLS requirements alongside the encoder’s configuration guidance. |
| DASH | A manifest and media segments with timing and delivery requirements. | Check that the encoder’s manifest, segments, timing, and delivery behavior meet YouTube’s current DASH requirements. |
Follow the current official YouTube guide for the protocol your encoder actually supports. The requirements differ, so do not copy settings from one protocol into another or assume a particular protocol is best without considering encoder compatibility, media format, operational complexity, and your latency and quality needs.

5. Connect the encoder and verify the broadcast
- Open YouTube’s live setup. Use the channel’s live-streaming workflow to create or prepare the broadcast and obtain the connection details required by your chosen ingestion protocol.
- Configure the encoder. Select the matching protocol and enter the YouTube connection details in the encoder. Use the current requirements for that protocol; the sources do not establish one set of bitrate, resolution, or keyframe values for every encoder and workflow.
- Protect the stream key. Treat any stream key as a credential. Enter it only into the intended encoder and do not publish it or include it in screenshots. If it is exposed, replace it in YouTube’s live setup and update the encoder.
- Start a controlled check. Start the playout and encoder, then confirm that YouTube receives the expected video and audio. Check the live dashboard and resolve connection or content warnings before announcing a public continuous stream.
- Make the broadcast public only when ready. Confirm that rights clearance and any required allowlisting are in place, the correct feed is being sent, and a responsible operator knows how to respond to interruptions.
6. Plan for interruptions and archived video
A 24/7 broadcast is an operating plan, not a guarantee supplied by the encoder protocol. Arrange monitoring and decide who will respond if the encoder stops sending, the connection fails, YouTube reports a rights match, or the stream is interrupted. Keep a recovery plan appropriate to your setup, but do not assume that YouTube’s protocol documentation promises continuous operation or provides a complete failover design.
Decide in advance whether YouTube should retain an archive of the live stream. YouTube notes that Content ID claims on an archived livestream are made after the live stream completes if the creator chooses to archive it. Archive permission and live-stream permission are not necessarily the same, so check the rights grant before enabling or keeping a replay.
Common problems and what to check
- The stream is interrupted despite having a license: Ask the relevant rights owner or representative to confirm that the channel has been added to its Content ID allowlist. Also verify that the license covers the actual livestream use and territory.
- YouTube does not accept the encoder feed: Check that the encoder and YouTube are configured for the same ingestion protocol and that the encoder follows that protocol’s current connection and media requirements.
- The channel cannot start a live broadcast: Check channel verification and whether the channel has had a live-streaming restriction in the previous 90 days. Enable live streaming ahead of the planned broadcast.
- The playlist stops or repeats incorrectly: Check the playout system’s end-of-list and loop settings, then monitor a controlled run long enough to verify its behavior. YouTube’s encoder guidance does not specify playlist software or guarantee looping.
- The broadcast continues but its archive causes a claim: Review whether archiving is permitted and address the claim with the relevant rights holder. YouTube says claims on an archived live stream are made after the live stream completes.
Or let it run in the cloud
If you do not want a computer or home connection to keep the playout running, StreamNeo is a cloud service for keeping a YouTube channel live from uploaded videos. The setup is: upload a recording or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key once, and go live. It loops the uploaded video in the cloud; it does not go live from a camera and streams to YouTube only.
- Nothing has to stay on at home while the stream runs.
- Uploads stream as made, up to 4K 60fps, at one flat price per slot rather than quality-based tiers.
- StreamNeo automatically recovers if YouTube drops the stream.
- The first day is free with no card, one free day per account.
The monthly option is $9.99 per month. StreamNeo does not clear music or video rights for you, so use only content you are authorized to livestream. See StreamNeo or start the free day.
