To get the Enchanted Mutation in Steal An Egg, progress through Wisp’s quests, enter the Enchanted Tree, collect the Butterfly Net and gather the ingredients for Enchanted Essence. Craft the Essence at the Enchanted Mutation Shrine, then use it on an egg before it hatches. The reported recipe is 240 Emerald, 115 Sapphire, 40 Amethyst and 1 Radiant Butterfly per Essence.
How to unlock the Enchanted Tree
Follow Wisp’s quests in the Enchanted Forest. Community guides report that this questline opens access to the Enchanted Tree. One reported sequence includes stealing Enchanted Forest eggs, fusing an Enchanted Forest pet and stealing an Eternal egg, but quest requirements can change. Follow the objectives in your current in-game quest panel rather than relying on a fixed list.

How to get the Butterfly Net and recipe materials
Once you can enter the Enchanted Tree, collect the Butterfly Net inside. Guides describe it as an in-game unlock, not a regular shop purchase or a real-world tool. You will need it to gather butterflies during Butterfly Bloom.

Butterfly Bloom is reported to occur at :15 and :45 every 30 minutes, but that schedule has no written official confirmation. Check the event indicator in the game for current timing.

- Gather the listed materials, including a Radiant Butterfly.
- Go to the Enchanted Mutation Shrine inside the Enchanted Tree and craft Enchanted Essence.
- Use the Essence on an egg that has not hatched yet.
Two community guides report that applying the mutation succeeds every time. That refers to applying Enchanted to the egg; it does not guarantee that the egg will hatch into a rare pet.

What to know before spending the Essence
The guides do not establish a universally best egg for this mutation. Choose an unhatched egg based on your own goals rather than assuming a particular egg will produce a specific pet.
Guides disagree about the Enchanted income multiplier: one reports ×2.85, while another gives approximately ×2.5. Treat the multiplier as unconfirmed and check the current in-game information if it affects your decision.

The recipe and applying the Essence before hatching are corroborated by multiple community guides. The Wisp progression route and event schedule are also reported by guides, but no official developer source establishes the exact quest requirements or Butterfly Bloom timing.
