After GoFullPage finishes capturing a page, open its result tab, right-click the screenshot, and select Copy Image. You can then paste the image into another app. GoFullPage also lists Ctrl+C for Windows and Command+C for Mac.
Copy a completed GoFullPage screenshot
- Open the webpage you want to capture and activate GoFullPage from your browser toolbar. The Chrome Web Store listing also gives Alt+Shift+P as a shortcut to start a capture.
- Wait for the extension to finish scrolling and capturing. It opens the completed screenshot in a new tab.
- In that result tab, right-click the screenshot and choose Copy Image. Alternatively, use Ctrl+C on Windows or Command+C on Mac.
- Switch to the destination app and paste. GoFullPage’s guide describes copying the image, but does not guarantee that every receiving app handles the clipboard image in the same way.
Copy one page from a very long capture
If a capture is too large to appear as one image, GoFullPage may split it across multiple image pages. Right-click the page you need and choose that page’s copy option from the context menu.

Use the official extension
GoFullPage announced on September 14, 2026, that its official extension had returned to the Chrome Web Store and was also available through official Edge and Firefox extensions. The announcement cautions that unofficial versions appeared while the Chrome listing was unavailable, so install from an official listing. It also notes that the beta may receive features before they are fully tested and rolled into the official extension.

The Chrome Web Store listing showed version 8.9, updated September 25, 2026, with a September 24 changelog entry for a Chromium 153 URL-requirement fix and dialog improvements. Those release details are context, not requirements for copying an image. The copy instructions come from GoFullPage’s June 3, 2021 guide; if your installed version has different labels, follow the menu in that version.

Troubleshooting
- There is no screenshot to right-click: make sure the capture has finished and use the result tab GoFullPage opened, rather than the original webpage.
- The capture is split into multiple images: use the context menu on the specific image page you want to copy.
- The pasted result is missing or unsupported in the destination app: try pasting into another app that accepts images. GoFullPage documents the copy action, but not clipboard compatibility for every application.
- You cannot find the extension or are unsure which copy to install: use GoFullPage’s official browser listing or its September 14, 2026 announcement to reach the official extension links.
