Start with the official Trust Wallet Help Center: support.trustwallet.com. Search for your problem, follow the relevant troubleshooting article, and use the available contact or submit-request option if the issue remains. Never share your Secret Recovery Phrase, private key, PIN, password, or authentication codes with anyone claiming to be support.
Trust Wallet is self-custodial, so support can explain procedures and investigate technical problems but cannot access your keys or undo a confirmed blockchain transfer. This guide was last checked on August 18, 2026.
Before you contact Trust Wallet
Begin from trustwallet.com or type the Help Center address yourself. Do not use a phone number, form, Telegram account, social-media profile, or “support” link sent by a stranger.
If many users appear affected, check the official Trust Wallet status page. It reports the state of the app and browser, Trust Wallet services, SWIFT, blockchain RPC endpoints, and consumer websites.

For a transaction problem, identify the blockchain network and look up the transaction on the correct blockchain explorer before opening a ticket. A transaction confirmed on-chain may be an app-display or token-visibility issue rather than missing funds.
How to submit a Trust Wallet support request
- Open the Help Center. Go to https://support.trustwallet.com/. The layout and labels can change, so use the current support and contact options shown there.
- Search in plain language. Try terms such as “transaction pending,” “missing funds,” “sent to wrong network,” “swap failed,” “cannot access wallet,” “report scam,” or “browser extension issue.”
- Open the closest official article. Read its checks before escalating. Trust Wallet’s missing-funds guidance, for example, says to inspect the blockchain explorer, confirm the network and asset, and check whether the token is hidden in the wallet interface: official missing-funds steps.
- Select the available contact or submit-request option. The Help Center currently includes searchable articles, issue categories, a chatbot, and contact-related options. The button name may change.
- Choose the best issue category. Select the category that matches the actual problem rather than choosing a general option when a specific one is available.
- Enter an email address you can monitor. Save the ticket number or confirmation message.
- Describe events in chronological order. State what you attempted, what happened, and whether the problem is still occurring.
- Attach only redacted evidence. Remove recovery words, private keys, QR codes, passwords, PINs, authentication codes, and unnecessary personal information from screenshots.
- Submit and verify replies independently. Do not move the conversation to an unsolicited Telegram, WhatsApp, social-media, or email account merely because it uses Trust Wallet’s name or logo.
Information that makes a ticket useful
Include only information needed to diagnose the issue. A public address and transaction hash identify on-chain activity; they are not the same as a recovery phrase or private key, but they should still be shared selectively.

- Issue type: transaction, swap, staking, wallet access, missing balance, phishing, or technical bug.
- Network: such as Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Bitcoin, Solana, or the relevant chain.
- Public wallet address: when relevant.
- Transaction hash or explorer link: if a transaction exists.
- Asset details: exact coin or token name, symbol, amount, and contract address where applicable.
- Timeline: approximate date and time, including time zone, and whether the issue continues.
- Device and software: iPhone, Android, desktop browser, or extension; include the app or extension version if known.
- Exact error text: quote the message rather than paraphrasing it.
- Steps already tried: updates, restart, network selection, token visibility checks, and explorer verification.
- Attachments: screenshots with sensitive information concealed.

Missing funds or a balance that is not showing
- Check the transaction on the explorer for the correct network.
- Confirm that the wallet is displaying that network and the correct asset.
- Check whether the token is hidden, unsupported for display, or using a different contract address.
- Determine whether the transaction is pending, failed, confirmed, or absent from the explorer.
- Submit a request if the balance remains unexplained after these checks.

Pending or failed transaction
Provide the hash if one exists, network, asset and amount, displayed status, exact error, and whether other transactions are affected. Do not repeatedly resubmit a transaction before checking its on-chain status. Network-specific replacement or speed-up instructions depend on the chain and wallet version.

Funds sent to the wrong network
Recovery depends on the destination address format, whether you control that address, whether the asset exists on the destination network, whether the transfer is confirmed, and whether an exchange or other third party controls the destination. Support may explain the situation, but a confirmed blockchain transfer is not generally reversible.
Failed swap or staking operation
Include the network, asset, amount, transaction hash if available, error text, and whether the failure occurred in Trust Wallet itself or in a connected dApp. A dApp, bridge, token issuer, or exchange may be the correct party for a service-specific failure.

Lost phone or deleted app
Restoration requires the correct Secret Recovery Phrase or another supported backup. Enter it only in the official Trust Wallet app or official restoration flow. Never send it to support. Trust Wallet’s ticket guidance explains that a lost recovery phrase cannot be recreated: official ticket guidance.
Phishing, theft, or a compromised wallet
- Stop communicating with the suspected scammer and do not approve further transactions.
- If the recovery phrase may have been exposed, create a new wallet on a secure device and transfer remaining assets where possible.
- After verifying the network and contract, revoke suspicious token approvals with a reputable chain-specific tool.
- Preserve hashes, addresses, screenshots, and scam messages.
- Report the incident through the official Help Center and, where relevant, the exchange, blockchain, token issuer, or law-enforcement channel.
- Do not pay an alleged recovery agent or send cryptocurrency for “validation.”
Browser-extension or app bug
Record the device, operating system, app or extension version, exact error, affected network, and whether restarting or updating changed the result. Do not assume an identical menu path exists on every iOS, Android, browser, or release version.

Does Trust Wallet have a phone number?
The official support pages reviewed direct users to the Help Center and do not provide a verified customer-service hotline. Do not publish or trust a number found in a search advertisement, PDF, sponsored result, Telegram post, or unsolicited message. Verify the current route by starting at trustwallet.com and following its own links.
A legitimate representative should not need your recovery phrase, private key, password, PIN, remote access, or a cryptocurrency payment.
Is Trust Wallet live chat available?
The Help Center currently shows an “Ask our Chatbot” option. That is automated assistance, not a promise of real-time human live chat or a guaranteed response time. The widget’s name and location may change. If it sends you into a support-request flow, complete that flow and retain the confirmation.

- Access your private keys or move funds on your behalf.
- Reverse a confirmed blockchain transaction.
- Guarantee recovery of assets sent to the wrong address.
- Force an exchange, dApp, bridge, or token issuer to refund a transfer.
- Validate a wallet by asking for seed words or a private key.
How to recognize an impersonator
- Unsolicited contact through direct message, Telegram, WhatsApp, or social media.
- A request for seed words, private keys, PINs, passwords, or authentication codes.
- A demand to install AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or other remote-access software.
- A request to send crypto for verification, gas, unlocking, or recovery.
- A promise to recover stolen funds for an upfront fee.
- Pressure to act immediately.
- A look-alike domain that is not an official Trust Wallet domain.
If you already disclosed a recovery phrase, treat the wallet as compromised rather than waiting for a support reply. Move remaining assets to a newly created wallet when possible and preserve evidence for reporting.
