Wires Crossed requires three antenna installations on three different maps. Enter each raid carrying the specified ARC component, attach it at the marked antenna, then return to Celeste in Speranza and choose Claim in the Quests tab. The current reported reward bundle is 8,000 XP, 3 Electrical Components, 1 Renegade I, 2 Ziplines, and 2 Crash Mats.
Wires Crossed at a glance
This is a Celeste quest built around three separate deployments. Each map has one antenna interaction and each interaction accepts a different component. The quest does not finish merely because you have visited all three locations: the final claim is made through Celeste after the objective tracker records every installation.

These are quest objectives, not optional collectibles. If an interaction succeeds, the objective tracker should update during the deployment. If it does not, treat that installation as incomplete even if you stood beside the antenna.
Prepare before entering a raid
Put the correct component in your loadout
Wires Crossed checks the component you attach, so carry the item assigned to the map you are running. Bring a Snitch Scanner for The Blue Gate, a Surveyor Vault for Spaceport, and a Sentinel Firing Core for Buried City. The component must be available when you reach the antenna; arriving at the correct roof with the wrong item leaves the objective unresolved.

Plan one objective per deployment or combine runs carefully
The quest spans three maps, so you cannot complete every interaction in one raid. A simple approach is to select the map for which you have the component, complete that installation, and then extract according to your normal run plan. You can also work through several deployments in any order. The quest does not require a particular sequence among the three antennas.
Check the objective tracker before leaving
Open the quest information before deployment and confirm which Wires Crossed objective is active or still incomplete. After attaching a component, pause long enough to see the tracker register it. This catches a failed interaction before you spend another run assuming the objective counted.
The Blue Gate: install the Snitch Scanner at Pilgrim’s Peak
Reach the main tower
- Enter The Blue Gate map with a Snitch Scanner in your inventory.
- Travel to Pilgrim’s Peak and enter the main tower.
- Move to the tower’s east side and locate the zipline that leads to the upper walkway.
- Take the zipline to the elevated section.
Find the antenna and attach the scanner
From the upper walkway, look for the antenna overlooking the Prefab Hatch extract. The correct interaction is on that overlook, not at a random antenna lower in the tower. Use the interaction prompt and attach the Snitch Scanner. Wait for the objective tracker to update before moving away.

If the prompt does not appear, check that you are on the upper walkway reached from the east side and that the Snitch Scanner is the item you brought. A nearby-looking structure is not enough; the quest registers only the designated antenna.

Spaceport: install the Surveyor Vault at the Launch Towers
Reach the central tower roof
- Deploy to Spaceport with a Surveyor Vault.
- Make your way to the top of the central Launch Towers.
- On the roof, identify the tower on the northwest side of the structure.
- Locate the antenna there and use the interaction prompt to attach the Surveyor Vault.
Account for the Launch Tower Loot event
The Launch Tower Loot event is the main access complication on this objective. When it is active, the event disables ziplines. That can leave the roof unreachable if your route depends on them. Fuel Cells may be required to reach the roof under those conditions.
Whenever possible, make the Spaceport run while the event is inactive. You avoid an access problem rather than arriving at the tower with no practical way to climb. If the event is already active, check your available Fuel Cells and your route before committing the Surveyor Vault. Do not assume a disabled zipline will become usable after you reach the lower tower.
Confirm the installation
Attach the vault only at the antenna on the northwest-side tower at the top of the central Launch Towers. Watch the tracker for registration. If it remains incomplete, verify both the item and the antenna position before attempting another approach.

Reach the southern roof
- Enter Buried City carrying a Sentinel Firing Core.
- Travel to Grandioso Apartments.
- Climb to the roof and orient yourself toward the shorter building on the south side of the apartment complex.
- Search near the edge of that shorter roof for the antenna.
Attach the core
Use the prompt at the roof-edge antenna to attach the Sentinel Firing Core. The interaction is near the edge of the shorter southern building, so search that roofline rather than the taller apartment structure. Wait for the tracker to mark the objective complete before leaving the roof.

How to tell whether an objective counted
Each successful attachment should produce an update in the on-screen objective tracker. Use this sequence after every interaction:
- Finish the attachment animation or interaction prompt.
- Wait for the Wires Crossed objective text to change.
- Open the quest details if the update is not obvious and check whether that map is marked complete.
- If it is still incomplete, do not count the run as finished; diagnose the component, location, and access issue before extracting.
An antenna can be visible without being the quest antenna. Likewise, carrying a component is not the same as attaching it. The tracker is the reliable test for completion.
Return to Celeste and claim the quest
- Complete all three antenna objectives across The Blue Gate, Spaceport, and Buried City.
- Return to Celeste in Speranza.
- Open Celeste’s Quests tab.
- Find Wires Crossed and select Claim.
The claim step is separate from field completion. Even with all three attachments registered, the rewards are not collected until you use Claim in Celeste’s quest interface.

The quantities above are reported for the current quest version represented by available secondary walkthroughs, not a permanently guaranteed reward specification. The in-game claim panel is the authoritative check if your version displays a different bundle.

Troubleshooting failed interactions
The antenna has no interaction prompt
First confirm that you are at the quest antenna rather than another antenna-like object. On The Blue Gate, the target is on the upper walkway reached by the east-side zipline and faces the Prefab Hatch extract. At Spaceport, it is on the northwest-side tower at the top of the central Launch Towers. In Buried City, it is near the edge of the shorter building’s southern roof at Grandioso Apartments.
Next check your inventory. The interaction expects the map-specific component, not merely any ARC part. Replace the item before trying again if you brought the wrong component.

The tracker did not update after the attachment
Remain in place until the interaction completes and look for the objective text to change. If it does not, open the quest details and treat the objective as unfinished. Re-approach the antenna and activate the prompt again if available. A failed or interrupted interaction should not be assumed to count.
The Spaceport roof is inaccessible
Check whether the Launch Tower Loot event is active. Its reported effect is to disable ziplines, which can remove the usual route to the roof. If you do not have the Fuel Cells needed for an alternate climb, postpone the run until the event is not active rather than risking the Surveyor Vault on an unreachable objective.
You completed the field work but cannot see rewards
Field completion does not automatically grant the bundle. Return to Speranza, speak with Celeste, open Quests, and select Claim under Wires Crossed. If Claim is unavailable, revisit the objective tracker and identify which of the three installations has not registered.
You are unsure which quest comes next
The ARC Raiders Wiki lists Exploring Pendola Pass as the previous quest and Ruins And Reverberations as the next related quest. Those sequence references can help you identify Wires Crossed in the quest list when several Celeste missions are available.
What Celeste’s dialogue indicates
The quest’s associated completion dialogue is presented as Celeste saying: "It’s not a perfect match, but the data did point me towards a leading theory. Could you perform one final experiment?" It frames the three antenna installations as a final experiment, but the practical completion condition remains the same: register all three objectives and use Claim in her Quests tab.
Fastest safe completion order
There is no required order for the maps, so choose based on your inventory and current event conditions. A sensible order is to start with The Blue Gate or Buried City when you already have the required component, then schedule Spaceport for a period when the Launch Tower Loot event is inactive. This minimizes the chance that the only objective left is the one blocked by disabled ziplines.
Whichever order you choose, keep the three components distinct, verify each tracker update, and reserve the final step for Celeste in Speranza. Once Claim is selected, the reported XP, materials, weapon, and traversal items are awarded as the quest bundle shown on your version.
