What to know about verification
An existing page may have been created by a traveler rather than by the business. That does not prevent an authorized representative from claiming it, but Tripadvisor requires verification before granting management access.

Tripadvisor’s hotel guidance describes verification using a code sent to the hotel’s publicly listed phone number. That is a hotel-specific method, not a guarantee for restaurants, attractions, or every location. Follow the options shown for your particular listing.
