AION 2 registration rewards do not all use the same claim method. Free campaign gifts arrive in your in-game mailbox after you meet the relevant account and login conditions; a pre-registration coupon is entered in a menu in the game; Twitch Drops are claimed through Twitch; and Founder’s Packs are separate paid products. Check which reward track applies to you and use its own deadline.
Identify the reward track before claiming
| Reward track | Who qualifies | Where to claim |
|---|---|---|
| Teaser-site service launch celebration | Create an AION 2 account by December 2, 2026 at 3:30 PM JST. The offer is once per region. | In-game mail; the two mounts are sent automatically. |
| Global pre-registration and Steam Wishlist launch rewards | Create an account and log in before the notice’s deadline. The notice extends rewards to eligible players whether or not they personally reached the original registration or Wishlist milestone. | In-game mail; rewards are delivered automatically. |
| Pre-registration coupon | Have a valid coupon code. | Enter the code in the in-game Coupon Registration menu after launch. |
| Twitch Drops | Watch a qualifying campaign stream for the required time. | Claim in Twitch Drop Inventory after linking the account used to play. |
| Founder’s Packs | Purchase the relevant pack. | These are separate paid digital packs, not free registration rewards. |
The official teaser campaign and global Steam notice describe related but different offers, eligibility rules, and deadlines. Use the terms on the page for your region and check any in-client deadline rather than assuming one cutoff applies to every reward. The Steam notice says Advanced Access is scheduled to end and commercial launch to begin after maintenance on October 4 PDT / October 5 CEST. Official AION 2 campaign page and official Steam notice.

Claim free launch and registration rewards from in-game mail
Meet the relevant campaign deadline
For the global pre-registration and Wishlist launch rewards, the official notice sets the account-creation and login cutoff at December 1, 2026 at 23:30 PST / December 2, 2026 at 9:30 CET. The teaser-site two-mount campaign instead requires account creation by December 2, 2026 at 3:30 PM JST. Keep the two conditions distinct.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute2Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors3Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesOpen the mailbox and claim the message
- Log in with the AION 2 account that met the campaign’s eligibility condition.
- Open the in-game mailbox and look for the campaign reward message.
- Claim the message before the expiration date shown for that reward.
The teaser-site page says the two mounts are automatically sent to in-game mail, and the global Steam notice likewise says launch rewards are delivered automatically by mail. Neither describes a separate website claim button for these free mail gifts.

Claim Twitch Drops using the account you play on
- During an active AION 2 Drops campaign, watch a participating channel for its stated watch time.
- Claim the earned reward in Twitch Drop Inventory.
- Make sure Twitch is linked to the platform account used for AION 2: Steam for Steam players, or NC/PURPLE for PURPLE players.
The official account-linking notice warns that linking the wrong account may prevent delivery. It also cautions against linking again separately on the NC site if a reward has not appeared, because doing so could unlink the existing connection. Campaign periods and watch requirements change, so use the current AION 2 Drops page and official campaign notice for the live terms.
