Choose from the size chart on the exact Pokémon apparel listing—not from a label or another item’s chart. First check whether the figures describe the garment or the wearer. For garment measurements, compare them with a similar item that fits you; for body measurements, compare them with the wearer’s measurements.
How to choose a size
- Open the chart for the exact item and storefront. Product pages may provide their own size information; for example, a Pokémon Center Canada women’s T-shirt listing has a size-chart option. Check the listing.
- Identify what the chart measures. Body measurements describe the wearer; garment measurements describe the item. Compare like with like rather than matching a body measurement directly to a shirt dimension.
- Compare garment measurements with a known-fitting item. Lay a similar garment flat and measure it in the same way the listing specifies, or use another consistent method if the listing explains one. Compare the relevant dimensions, such as length and width.
- Choose for the fit you want. Consider whether you prefer a close, regular, or relaxed fit, and use the product description and item-specific dimensions. The available evidence does not establish a universal amount of extra room or a rule to size up or down for Pokémon apparel.
- Check units and chart applicability. Confirm whether measurements are in centimeters or another unit, and whether the chart applies to that storefront and item. Do not carry a T-shirt’s measurements over to a hoodie, socks, outerwear, or a different cut.
Example: measurements for one Pikachu T-shirt

The official catalog includes multiple apparel categories, so product type and cut matter as well as the size label. A size that works in one shirt may not translate to another shirt or to a different kind of garment. Regional storefronts can also present different product information or units. If the chart still leaves you unsure
- Recheck whether you are comparing body dimensions or garment dimensions.
- Measure a similar item you already own and compare its length and width with the listing’s garment figures.
- Revisit the product description for clues about the cut and intended fit, then compare the available sizes against your preferred fit.
- If the listing does not make its measurements or units clear, do not assume another Pokémon product’s chart fills the gap.
